Everything was amazing! The staff was great. The food was good but pricey. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is huge and really nice. I highly recommend!

Hotel has a great view of the lake which is wonderful. It is due for renovation though. The rooms are very dated along with common areas. The pool outside was nice but needed cleaned. Cups and bugs in it. The Library bar was a nice place to get a drink and watch the sunset.

From the time we checked in, the lady who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We were greeted nicely by the men at the door, they opened it up for us, helped us with luggage. Room stayed clean the entire time! AC worked great! The view was perfect! Thank yall, and im sure we will be back!

The no cash was not a good experience especially if someone doesn't have a high limit on a card.also the parking for guests should be free,the room prices can cover parking.

The grounds are beautiful, flowers, landscape and trees are well tended. You should be proud of the staff as everyone we came in contact with were professional, kind, and eager to help. Again, beautiful resort, inside and out. We could have used larger or additional pillows. When room service replaces coffee it would be nice for them to also provide clean coffee cups each day.

The hotel is pretty and well maintained. The price seemed fair. Since it was a slow week (only about 10 couples were there!) the staff was minimal which led to slow service in the coffee shop and the restaurant.

I came to celebrate my birthday, and I am very grateful that they gave me a room upgrade on the top floor with a spectacular view. I will come back soon and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel! Rooms could use a little more detailed cleaning but overall a nice and comfortable stay. Make time to use pool and enjoy coffee and a sweet treat on the terrace. Views spectacular and common areas clean and well kept.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The rooms, the views, the amenities. It was wonderful. I wish I'd allotted more than 2 nights for our stay.

Issues night one with staff who was not helpful. Hotel manager helped next day, but moving rooms at midnight was not a fun experience after we had already told them about AC a couple of times. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, but undergoing some management changes which sound like will help the attentiveness of some of the staff.
