Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman

Very clean, felt like a new hotel, staff very friendly.

Location was super easy to get to.

The room is very run down. Stains in the sink and bathtub. Walls patched here and there. Very noisy aircon unit. Property is just very old and worn.

There was no noise protection and a lot of movement overhead and in the hall. The bathroom sink was in pretty bad shape. Cleanliness was ok, but not sure I’ll stay there next visit. Also, I called about having a dog and they never alerted me that there was a dog fee, so that made me unhappy, too.

The front desk attendant was a Nice young man. Can’t remember his name. He was very friendly.

An iron would have been helpful

Cheap. Not maintained well but would stay again for the price.

Smelly, slow, had to wait for around 20 minutes for someone to show up at the check in desk. Not recommended as a place to stay. Sorry, improve and I’ll reconsider.

Thank goodness they had a room available! We enjoyed the hot tub spa and pool the night of our arrival. It’s nice they offer a continental breakfast too.

The property was clean & friendly staff.

This was my second stay at the Microtel, and once again I found it to be clean, serviceable and the staff is friendly. The phone in my room didn't work and no one answered at the front desk when I called down using my cell, and unfortunately there was no iron or ironing board in the room. That said, if you are looking for a no nonsense place to stay in Bozeman this is a good spot.

Stayed here for being close to Bozeman airport only minutes away. Only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t working properly otherwise nice comfortable beds very clean

Easy to find just off the interstate. Seemed new and was nicely kept. My room was well presented My room wasn’t ready when I arrived just after the stipulated check in time. I had to wait nearly an hour.

Good location, common areas were all very nice. Reserved a queen suite. Initially given a double queen. When we went back to check-in desk told it was a double queen suite, same size as queen with couch. Told them I paid extra as their rates for the suite are higher. Then given the queen suite and the room was definitely larger. In the room the light in the bath was so dim we've had brighter nite lights. Had to turn on the heat lamp in the ceiling in order to see at all. Not fun for me shaving or my wife doing make-up.

I am taking one star off because it is very hard to sleep in this hotel, I could hear my neighbors talking until 1 am (3 am my time) and I barely got any sleep. Apparently, they work there and stay in that room. I asked the front desk guys two nights in a row to ask those workers to be more quiet but it did not make any difference. I also woke up at 6 am because a neighbor upstairs was walking and I could hear it very well . Also I could hear a blow dryer from the room that was half way down the hallway. Not to mention traffic and train at night. I paid all this money and barely got any rest. Front desk guys are very nice though.
