The curtains are sheer so bring a clip to hold the drapes together

The room was clean except the shower curtain really needed to be changed. Everything was good and mostly quiet. We would return.

I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since Saturday morning - I left my expensive medication in the refrigerator and need it shipped to me. No return call yet. HELP!

The room was amazingly put together. Very clean and washroom was larger than usual, with everything laid out nicely. Staff was cheerful and friendly. It is close to highway so you hear every single truck go through. We also requested a non smoking room and there were people smoking weed right outside our door which tells me the room was interchangeable as you wouldn’t put smokers beside non smoking rooms.

TV service was terrible. Pixilated badly. Didn’t show any info when I selected guide. Coffee in lobby was very weak.

Nothing. Staff was rude. I’ve never been forced to pay a fee for damages before even getting my room key. I’ve worked in hotels u take a card for incidentals u don’t charge it unless damages occur. They charged me before they’d check me in. All these hotels are owned by the same group of people. The room I checked into had damaged curtains that wouldn’t close all the way. There were hairs and flies on the floor upon entering. There was a sharp metal hook on the other side of the bed. They didn’t give me the WiFi password and accused me of taking a hair dryer when I’m clearly bald.
