Everyone was so lovely and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. We were there two nights, three days. There was a lovely, diner we got breakfast at on our last morning. Very easily accessible to public transport to get to and from.

Great hotel in BOTHELL

We had a lot of road noise in our room. They offered to move us but we had already unpacked and settled in. One of the two elevators was out of service our whole stay, as was the ATM machine. Hotel only offers housekeeping every other day. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

One elevator was inoperable all weekend which lead to significant delays getting to and from our hotel room.

The hotel manager greeted us and since we had a bit of time before check in, she recommended a great restaurant in town for brunch. We then had a lovely early afternoon walking around and then she accommodated us with an early check in.

Staff was super nice You can tell nothing in the building has been updated in a while. It was really apparent in the uneven, hard, groaning mattress and flattening pillows. It was VERY apparent when we were shocked awake by the fire alarm going off for no apparent reason at almost 5am in the morning. I was thankful I was able to grab all my mother’s medicine (she is not very mobile anymore) use the elevator to bring her and her scooter down to evacuate. I was really glad i had the peace of mind to grab my glasses, cell and car keys so we weren’t waiting in the cold. Turns out a faulty leak somewhere, leaked on something and triggered the fire alarm.

Staff were great! Acknowledged and greeted by every staff member I came in contact with. Very impressed with amenities onsite (pool, laundry, work space etc.). The property itself has been maintained well and felt newly refreshed.
