I can’t think of anything at the moment

This was an amazing stay, from entering the gorgeous lobby, to the lovely quiet spacious room w view of the Boston Marathon finish line and memorial. The bar was fun at night after having dinner up the road...but Lenox restaurant looked amazing too. Check-in staff and hotel security staff were all friendly and helpful. Chocolates on our pillow on arrival was a real treat!

First class service, stylish decore, fun bar/restaurant scene, great rooms.
-
Great location and great staff. Highly recommended.
-
The bar was good, as was the breakfast & the location great with it being a 10-15 minute walk to the public park, Boston Common & the start of the Freedom Trail, on the edge of Back Bay and 20 - 25 minute walk to Fenway Park.
-
The only downside was the air conditioning in our room. For a five-star hotel, we expected a more modern and comfortable system. The AC was quite old, very loud, and made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would happily recommend The Lenox Hotel.

Clean and well maintained

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the service felt personal rather than scripted. That level of hospitality is becoming increasingly rare and really sets The Lenox apart. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly captures Boston’s historic character while still providing all the comfort you expect from an upscale hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The Back Bay location is outstanding within easy walking distance of Copley Square, Newbury Street, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. What impressed us most was the overall experience. Plenty of hotels can provide a nice room, but The Lenox makes you feel like they genuinely care about your stay. The attention to detail and exceptional staff turned a great visit to Boston into an even better one. The Lenox wasn’t simply where we stayed while visiting Boston, it became part of what made the trip memorable. When we return to Boston, we won’t need to search for a hotel. We already know where we’ll be staying. Highly recommended!

Exceptional staff, elegant well maintained property, fantastic in building food and drink options. One block from block after block of brownstones and shopping. Loved everything about this place!
