I did not like that i was not able to get into the pool. I dont travel much and the pool is one thing i look forward to. I asked the guy behind the desk about a credit off if my bill, he said the manager never replied.

Wouldn't recommend.

I mean it worked for a quick trip to attend a gathering but it’s in need of TLC

It is a little older hotel, but it was clean. I am traveling with my daughter. I would stay here again, I liked that it was out of the craziness of downtown, but still close if we needed to run back for a break.

Convenient location to go to Cruise terminal

The staff was great. Fire alarm chirping in the room. It's run down and someone tried getting in our room at 130am.
-
Shower gel provided was the only good thing. Almost missed an international flight because the shuttle booked and paid in the morning never showed up. Smelly rooms, terrible pool, staff not nice, breakfast terrible quality.

Very easy to get to Logan Airport Air conditioning in the room was OK although started in the night despite having switched it off. Corridors absolutely boiling hot. The receptionist we had when checking in was not very welcoming at all. Other members of staff were fine.

Theroom is outdated and needs a renovation. The carpet is so dirty and smelly. Definitely not going to stay there again.

My wife and I stayed there for a night, we did not have a good experience. No one at the front desk on multiple occasion, And when we did find somebody they weren’t very friendly. Our First room we went to the digitalkeys did not work to open the door. We had a walk back down to the front desk, where we felt like we were bothering the young lady, and asked for our keys to be activated or a new room. Once getting the new room, we settled in locked the door went to bed. The next morning when we were trying to leave the room and open the safety lock located inside the room, it would not open. My wife and I had to crawl through the window in order to get out of the room. Very disappointed the staff there did not seem to care for our inconvenience. We will never go there again.

HD was LD on the tv, room was clean but fridge was more like a cooler not cold, no microwave, fixture on shower fell off, no water pressure, bathroom was super small, no guide on the tv….no direct phone to call front desk, pool was dirty, lifeguard did not show confidence if there was an emergency, all lounge chairs were torn and hard to sit in….no room service, had to go bowling alley across the parking lot to eat…

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It has a classic American-style design, with two-story buildings and rooms located next to each other, which gives the property a distinctive and traditional character. Of course, the hotel has been around for many years, so it is naturally somewhat dated and shows its age, but this did not prevent us from having a pleasant stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the free parking for guests, which was a great advantage for us. The price was also reasonable compared with other options in the area. Although the hotel is a little outside the city center, this was not a major issue for us because we had a car. Boston is also a relatively small and charming city, so driving into the center was manageable. The breakfast was another positive point. Compared with the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, we found the breakfast here to be somewhat better and to offer a little more variety. The main disadvantage is the location if you do not have a car. Public transportation from the hotel to downtown Boston is not particularly convenient, so I would recommend this hotel mainly to travelers who have their own or a rental car. Another issue was the way the breakfast items were arranged. The eggs and meat products were placed in the same area, which can be problematic for guests who follow a vegetarian diet. We would have appreciated having these items separated more clearly. The hotel is also naturally somewhat dated due to its age. While this did not negatively affect our overall stay, guests expecting a modern, newly renovated hotel should keep this in mind.
