We enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness. It’s not a new hotel but is well kept
-
This was an amazing stay rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

The Cuban restaurant is amazing, the staff is most kind and helpful. The neighborhood is not that great, but they do have security at all times.

Was satisfied with my stay would definitely recommend

The surrounding area also did not feel very walkable or family-friendly. There were large homeless encampments nearby and quite a few people hanging around who made us uncomfortable, so this isn’t an area we would choose to walk around. Parking is an additional $30, which is annoying, but it is what it is for Boston. We had a handicap-accessible room near the top floor. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The carpet could definitely use a deep cleaning, though. It felt stiff in areas, almost like a lot had been spilled on it over the years. The upstairs pool was a nice feature. The pool area could use a little attention and updating, but overall we enjoyed it. One of the best parts was the complimentary breakfast, which was excellent. It does get very busy, so I’d recommend planning ahead and giving yourself some extra time. Overall, the hotel was fine, but the noise and surrounding area would keep us from staying here again.

I really liked this hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was amazing. However, it is very close to a hospital and the ambulance sirens seemed to be going off all night long, making it impossible to sleep even with a sound machine.

We stayed in room 301, which is set up to be a handicap accessible room, however there is no fan in the bathroom and after showering the floor has condensation on it, when I went to step out of the tub the floor mat that’s just a towel moved and I slipped and fell injuring my ankle and my knee. I would think that as a handicap accessible room there would be a fan in the bathroom so the floor isn’t another when you get out.

Breakfast selection was great. However sleeping was rougher. You can hear all the sirens going off outside. The bedding was not the most comfortable either. Overall it was ok but not worth the price we paid.
-
Outdoors surrounding the hotel was sketchy because of strangers in the vicinity. Other than that my stay was great.

Excellent petit déjeuner

Very helpful staff and clean rooms. The shuttle service was so nice and accommodating.

The computers in the business center did not have Adobe making it unable to revise my presentation
