Property is very well located. All staff were pleasant; some were helpful, others not so much. Was moved from first room to another bcuz of maintenance issues. Deferred maintenance in both rooms. Wasn’t told there was a restaurant on-site during check-in. Hotel needs strong capable management to tighten procedures, ensure all staff properly trained & stay on top of maintenance issues before they become big problems.

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, for which I paid extra, was made to order and quite good.

Charming small hotel close to the North End : an 8 minute walk from great food and MBTA the train station. Rooms are small but very comfortable and well-appointed. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Room was clean. Location was super convenient for TD Garden. Hotel is comfortable but basic. It is a great choice if you want convenience and value and don’t need a lot of amenities.

Great location tiny rooms, uncomfortable bed, ac unit was loud and took a long time to cool down. Price too high for not as many amenities

For Boston, a reasonably priced room for two. Small hotel, but comfortable and clean. Didn’t eat breakfast in, but this is the only option at the hotel restaurant. Front desk help was fine, but not overly friendly as we came and went over 4 days. Good location with most downtown sites within 20 min but lacking much right near the hotel (kind of sketchy actually within the first block or two)

I wouldn’t call it ‘boutique’ but it’s heading that way in the lobby etc.. We had an odd experience with housekeeping as they didn’t replace what should have been replaced as part of the Junior Suite package so after 2 days without, we asked reception who arranged for the room to be restocked and the replenishment was fine from there. On arrival we had to ask for the room to be re cleaned as it was dirty from the previous guests with evidence of them being in there. The storage in the room was poor but there’s only so much they can do due to the space/shape of the building, luckily the room had big windows with large windowsill’s so we used them a lot. Nice bathroom but small sink to share, shower was brilliant. Room was comfortable and spacious, we didn’t try breakfast and when we felt like a drink, the bar area was closed. Overall, it did its job.

The house keeping staff was the best in all my last 25 years of traveling on Hotels and my cruises on various cruise lines.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean property top to bottom. Easy walk (3-4 mins) from North Station/TD Gardens and rest of North End is easily walkable. As in any large city, rooms are pretty small, but four adults managed fine. Would certainly stay here again.
