Walls and floors were very thin. We could hear the person above us walking which disturbed our sleep. We were at the end of the corridor and people in the hallway were loud. The breakfast was quite good, but the jams, jellies, peanut butter and Nutella were not individually wrapped-just jars with knives or spoons in them This is very unhygienic. Still, a good value.

The hotel had ample parking, friendly service, comfortable accommodations. Special shout outs to WJ and Lily! The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet in our room. I liked having a little kitchen, but we did use it. We would like to come back and make the most of this amazing hotel.
-
Some areas of the hotel need renovation—specifically the carpets in the common areas, the entrance doors, and some electrical fixtures. Overall, however, the stay was very pleasant and well-suited for families; having the option to cook in the room was a plus, and the breakfasts were fresh and extensive.
-
Close to highway and conveniently next to the National Historic Landmark for great walks from the hotel.
-
Air conditioning -- I was too cold, no matter the thermostat temp, when it was on and blowing on me in bed (I couldn't escape the breeze), and too hot when is was not blowing. Result was I slept verty poorly.

The manager upgraded us when it was clear the listing misled me to believe I had reserved a room with a bedroom and an outer room, as I was travelling with my wife and 18-year-old son. I was blown away with his efforts to do right by us and how much effort he put into making sure we got our extra linens for the bed.

The gentleman who checked us in was very polite friendly and professional 5 stars to him!! Pool was nice but cold. Parking very convenient. On the down side, The room was comfortable but not properly cleaned. We had no remote for the tv in the room no sheets for the sofa bed ceiling lights were not working no sponge to wash dishes fridge was very filthy floor was dirty shower was also very dirty. Housekeeping were very loud before 8 in the morning.

Money came out of my bank account. In the middle of my stay the came to our rooms and claimed we had no reservation. Then, a day after I left, they charged my bank account again. Had the same problem when I stayed here before.

The location was ideal for seeing the sights of Lexington and Concord. The staff were very nice and overall the room was comfortable. The breakfast led a lot to be desired. Very limited options and didn't seem very sanitary.
-
Awesome hotel.. esp the breaskfast is great.

Very good

The staff súper friendly
-
A very pretty and historic hiking trail connects to the property The HVAC in the room was awful. If on auto, it waits for the room to get extremely hot before it turns on. It’s loud and obnoxious. When on manual it just keeps making the room very cold and noisy. When we turned it off, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. The window opens only about 2 inches: not a large enough opening to ventilate the room.

Loved it
-
There was noise from the parking lot every night.
-
The carpet in our room has a very bad smell. There was big noise every night.
-
The location was ideal for our group visit to Concord and the common spaces were nice for convening our group. The size of the suite was nice. Some facilities felt cheap and there were small details in the room that were flimsy or not quite right.
-
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. It was noisy. People walking down corridors at all hours. Heavy footsteps in the rooms above. Housekeeping knocking the door at 815am and despite you telling them to come back in the afternoon, someone new knocked the door about every hour until you were out.
-
The Elements Lexington is a spacious and quiet pleasant hotel. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of space. Kitchen had cooking utensils and dishes. The hotel is not easy to find and could use some better road marking. The breakfast was plentiful and adequate.
-
Very comfortable property. Staff is very helpful and responsive.
