Eden Hotel

The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was well appointed. There was a couch and 2 chairs which was nice for the little time we were in the room. The staff was helpful and the underground parking garage was convenient (though there is a charge for it). The free spa at the sister property was not as described. It was dates and not all the sauna services were available. They also charge you €5 for a robe, towel and flip flops. The breakfast was extensive but very strangely set up. Half of the ingredients for yogurt were together and the other half were by the egg station. Speaking of the egg station, I'm not sure what oil they use to cook the eggs but they come out extremely greasy. I do not recommend getting an omelette. They had issues with the power during breakfast and so the omelette and crepe station offerings were delayed about 30 minutes.

No air conditioning, it was very hot in the room. There was a big window in the bathroom with no option to block the view.

Nice and confy rooms, very good breakfast service, high quality wi-fi, the staff is very kind. The area can be noisy as it is very central. The garage is a bit narrow.

Nice hotel, the staff was accommodating for a last minute change of plans, the room was large and the breakfast excellent. We did not use the spa but we were able to use it in another hotel of the chain, which was great. All staff were kind and helpful. some restructuring in the hotel means that there was noise at 8am. Not ideal.

The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, especially Nicolai? (not sure if I spelled it correctly). The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast was amazingly outstanding and was a highlight of our trip:) Everything was perfect!

Nice, clean and soundproof. Delicious food for breakfast and very friendly staff. The breakfast room was too small. The bathroom could be slightly bigger to host two people.

Excellent range at breakfast with fresh, made to order eggs, and homemade cakes. Well located between the town the centre and ski lifts. Car park was quite tight for larger cars as not all spaces the same size and the larger spaces were always taken first, even by smaller cars.
