Amazing staff! Beautiful and clean hotel! Perfect amenities for families!

First impression was Yusuf smiling and greeting us! The pool was amazing! The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants and cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. They have made a lover out of me.

I’m from Chicago but I took my son to MOA to celebrate his 7th birthday! We had a blast!!! I seriously couldn’t have picked a better hotel!! Front desk staff was super nice, ALL OF THEM!! Hotel was superrrr clean!! Sheets were clean, pillow cases were clean, towels, etc!! The pool area was sooo nice!!! We had soo much fun!! There’s also a restaurant inside of the hotel, the food was soooo good!! I also ordered a few drinks and drunk them in the pool area, it was such a great time!!!! OMG WAITTT! The best part, they have a shuttle that takes you to MOA (Mall of America), our driver was Jill!! She is such a sweetheart!!! We got there Friday, my son’s bday was Saturday, we seen Jill again Saturday and she wished him a happy bday!! That was sooo nice of her to remember!! We just made it home and I’m watching all of the videos from the weekend and I can’t wait to go back!! I’m for sure staying here again!!! This is not a paid review, it’s my honest experience!! Their customer service and hospitality is on point!!! See you all really soon!!!

Horrible breakfast, not worth it.

Room was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast included but you have to scan a QR to pay for parking. Also no complimentary coffee or hot water outside of breakfast. Will visit again

The only thing wrong was we asked to have the garbage changed and they never did.

Enjoyed the pool area, had a clean room. Breakfast has just enough stuff, but could be bigger and more options for how big the hotel is

Very close to MOA, very well maintained, i love the breakfast and the pool, thats why we always go back to this property

The balcony setting is nice with the pool the kids loved it. The breakfast was nice hot meal. The only thing was the parking it was not stated on the website, but on checking you get to paid on site!

Front desk people are not very helpfull.

fun place to stay with little ones! room was nice and beds were comfortable overall a good experience. only downside was that our room had an unpleasant smell & the chlorine in the pool was insanely strong we all had burning eyes.

Thank you for all that you did while i was at your establishment and I definitely would make the decision to return at a later date. The visit was enjoyable and I had no bad experience the whole of my stay.

This was my second stay here 2 years in a row now. Very nice place, they have a huge pool area. Lots of parking. Mall of America is a little way down the street, my grandson walked over,I drove, he beat me there. The Wyndham has a free morning breakfast it was pretty good. Room rates are reasonable. You are close to the interstates and highways if you want to get into Minneapolis or St. Paul to explore. All in all I like this Wyndham property alot.

If your there for the mall its a great spot your right across the street. Didnt know it was $10 a day for parking as well. Breakfast was really good especially the yogurt machine they have. I would go back only if i was there for the mall. Could not beat the price we paid

Nothing it was lovely

The rooms are nice but I was supposed to get a pool side room and was told there wasn’t one available. Which didn’t seem was true. Than there was no pool towels when asked for some at the front desk was told someone was bring some out. An hour later no towels were brought out. Had to go to the room and grab those towels. Some of the staff was great but most were rude.

We had a great stay here. The reception is very helpful but there are a few thing to keep in mind. 1st, they clean tooms every 3rd day. 2nd, you have to pay for parking. I believe they're $12 a night. And lastly we we're there for 6 days and the breakfast menu never changed. It was sausage, potatoes, eggs and pancakes the whole time.( there's cereal, yogurt and bread but it was all same for the whole week. 😆) Otherwise the pools were great and it so close to the mall!
