Wonderful place to be thanks!!! Keep up the good work 😊

Very comfortable bed and nice shower as well
-
Rooms were nice, I wish the bathroom door closed with a lock and wasnt just a sliding door but nice otherwise. The tub didnt drain great while showering and the shampoo and body wash were empty when we got there. The breakfast was good in the morning, waffles, eggs, potatoes, meats, cereal and fruit/yogurt. The pool/hot tub are nice but there never seems to be towels to use

We would stay there again. It was centrally located for us. Easy to get to.

What I forgot to ask for was a first floor room. I dumbly assumed all wheelchair/handicap rooms would be on the first floor. I was wrong on that one and the fire alarm went off so my poor mom had to walk down two flights of stairs with her bad knees.

When we arrived at the hotel we requested a physical key so that we would have a back up. The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating. The room I selected was on the top floor near an elevator. It was clean but looked like it was in need of a refreshing- decor wise. The bathroom though had visible mold in multiple spots in the shower. It didn’t feel well cleaned in the shower in particular. Sink and toilet were ok. Decent soaps. Towels not great. I will add that it appeared that there was some kind of carpentry situation happening on the other end of the floor so perhaps it was going to be updated soon? Breakfast was good. Eggs, potatoes, waffle station, sausage, etc. Served til 10 which was nice. I would stay here again on a trip to the twin cities, but maybe try and select a different room with hopes of a better shower. One last thing about the staff- the front desk staff every time we encountered them were amazing. No matter who it was. Great team!

Great hotel in a great location and close to Normandale Lake if you like the scenery and walking. The hotel is showing its age and needs updating which I believe will happen in the very near future. Excellent buffet style breakfast with all of the standard fixings. Very helpful staff.

Check in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff was friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that there was way too much chlorine in the hot tub and pool. I could smell the chlorine about halfway down the hallway on my way to the pool. Then as I sat in the hot tub my eyes began to water and skin began to burn. There was another female guest in the hot tub that had a towel with her and she was wiping her eyes and complaining about the chlorine fumes as well. I was not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub as a result of the over use of chlorine.

We were greeted right away at the front desk and the lady was very nice. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in big dispensers in the bathroom/shower so we didn’t have to bring our own. They had coffee and tea in the breakfast area when we checked in and breakfast was great in the morning. It had egg and cheese omelets, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, sausage, juice and some bakery items as well as some fruit. We used the pool and whirlpool and both were clean and relaxing. All of this along with free parking and being close to the mall made for a perfect stay! We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to the Cities!

Wish I could say something better but this hotel canceled my reservation that I paid for two months in advance and had already budgeted for — approximately a half-hour before I was due to check in. Found out when I went to pull the address and put it in my rental to drive there. All to make a little extra from someone who failed to make a reservation in advance. Think twice before booking here through a third party. Do not recommend. (Also, please stop censoring my review - this is legit and people deserve to know this happens).

Great place to stay. Not far from Mystic Lake Amphitheater.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was great! Having driven all over the country this summer and getting terrible coffee at the hotels, I was so pleased to get good coffee. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms are updated. Very quiet and good blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was great! Will stay here again next time we're in town.

They were also very pleasant and very accommodating. I have absolutely no complaints.
