The facility is in dire need of major repair. The floors are ripped and stained, the plumbing leaked, the doors were rotted and there were several fire code violations.

I gave this place a mid level rating because you do get what you pay for, and this place is very reasonably priced. However, do not expect this place to be fancy by any means. Please take my notes as reviewing for what it is and not meant in a harmful way. The building is older, the beds are older, the tv is older, the fridge and microwave were on the floor. The showerheads are older . All that being said, it’s exactly what I expected. If I wanted top amenities , I would’ve paid triple the price . Some things that I will admit that I did not like was the horrible smell in the hallway. I’m not sure what caused it, but it smelled very bad. The other thing would be that while I do appreciate they allow pets, there was a dog that barked for quite some time as early 6am, and it would not stop. Again, if you just need somewhere to sleep with freezing cold a/c, this place will be ok.

The worst experience ever in a hotel that I can recall. It's hard to trust those who don't take much effort to learn how to communicate. Give me a break.

Over powering smell of bleach when first entering the room Mattress was firm and comfortable. Shower was adequate.

Conveniently close to everything and everywhere.

Air filter was filthy but staff was kind.

For a basic motel, the accommodations were as expected. Clean room, very basic amenities that were adequate. No bugs which is definitely a positive! For the cost we were satisfied.

The air conditioning unit smelled so bad I could not keep it on. Kept the window open. I had to run to the dollar store to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. There were about a dozen flies. I usually do not complain but this was bad. Next time I will pay a little extra to get a better room

I find the room suitable for me and my dog. Expected that it has no big costly breakfast. That's okay since it is low price. Smile.

Provided everything we needed. Simple exercise room with free weights and benches, elliptical and treadmill. Room and bed were both comfortable.

Shower didn’t drain. Refrigerator wasn’t working. Rooms are very tired. Bed was uncomfortable . Staff was barely tolerant of guests. The price was ridiculous for the quality.
