It was affordable and still really nice

Otherwise it's a good place to stay and is in a great location. Near lots of dining and shops.

Clean room, polite but very new staff, breakfast area is a disaster since employees do not monitor and parents let children run around wet from the swimming pool, dragging wet towels, and making a mess of the food area...

The eggs were cold in the container for breakfast. There was only one staff person at check in and she kept having to answer the phone. So I waited quite awhile to get checked in. Another man was at the desk when I approached, but he left into the back and she was on her own.

Room was very comfortable

The amenities were plentiful. Breakfast, pool, fitness center, and a beautiful room! I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, but the parking garage was worth it. I wish there would’ve been adjustable screens or blinds on the pool area.

2nd stay here while visiting IU. Conveient to campus and many restaurants. Centrally located! Will make this my hotel for the next four years while my student attends IU.

Clean, staff was super friendly, easy to access. Breakfast is ok. We did not visit the bar.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very accommodating. Elevator wait to long.

We visited in July, which is typically a slow period, but that weekend had a lot of sporting events going on and campus visits. I've stayed there in the past and will continue to, if I can get a good deal on pricing and/or need to be walking distance to campus.

Room seemed clean and maintained. Simple room.

The only caveat that I have is that if you're planning to stay there for the IU graduation ceremony, you need to get on a list four years in advance.

Nothing

Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was clean and had that college town feel to it with luxury added in. There was a bunch of little league baseball teams staying there. The groups were very loud at night until all hours of the morning. Just a bad two nights to pick.
