1. No luggage carts found, even though the desk clerk searched. 2. We had to change rooms because the portable air conditioner made securing the window (on the 1st floor) impossible.

The place felt dirty right when we walked in, the bathtub finish was peeling, the fire alarm was beeping until we disconnected it, the shower curtain was broken and when we asked for the fireplace to be lit outside, the staff was willing to come but couldn’t get it going. The place just needed upgrading. The breakfast was fine

See dust building up along the walls. Our 1 blanket had 2 sm looked like blood stains Floor around the spa had garbage in the drain, fake eyelashes by the side of spa.

I was forced to sleep in an room that was not cleaned after previous guest the night before, with no AC as the staff forgot to clean the room before i got back to the hotel. They bo other vacant rooms and hotels arpund town are fully booked. Except for 1 lady who was at the desk that night the rest of the staff were nonchalant the next morning. I asked foe a refund the hotel sraff said yes only to find out that they refused to give the refund. Horrible staff and manager that weekend of the Aug.21st. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

The hotel is pet friendly unless your pets are cats. Got turned away at the door and had to forfeit my reservation. Would have been nice to know before hand.

Needs to be upgraded. At least my room needed upgrading.

There were signs everywhere about how great their coffee was however, they didn’t have any. But, you wouldn’t know that because there were no signs on the coffee bar. Instead you have customers walking around looking confused and the staff lady working the breakfast bar could not be bothered! When I asked about the coffee, she spoke to me as if I should have already known there was no coffee. I told her to put a sign up if she was that bothered to keep telling people! Property has homeless people hanging around outside. The room we were put in was loud due to AC and the wall stained with a water leak. Towels were not that clean.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was alright.

For a quick stay the place was fine. There is no in room coffee and there was none in the lobby while I was there. There was no waste basket in the bathroom and the tub/shower was peeling everywhere and looked horrible. I left before breakfast was to start and there was a sign saying it wouldn't be open that day at all.

Your front desk staff never answers the phone. I tried calling for two days to inquire about our room and the phone just rang.

Good mattress. Not so tasty breakfast.

I DO NOT recommend this place.

It is a good place to stay right in the center of the city it is approachable to all stores near by and lot eatries around

It was very unclean, the ceiling tiles were discolored, possibly from water damage, and the room had a very bad smell.

Clean and spacious room. Easy parking, walkable shopping areas and restaurants

Everything was alright minus the smell of the the hotel then the horrid stench in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. Convenient location and easy check in and out. We did not use the pool. Everything was good.

Very dirty and the hot tub hasn’t worked in months (I called prior to my stay to make sure amenities were working). The hot tub was the only reason we stayed here. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

The only things that were nice were the pub across the street and convenience to I94.

I liked that the spa tub was linked to the outdoor pool by a large open garage door.
