Looking at the pictures online, gives you the impression that the hotel is well maintained and looks fairly new. The front desk agent with warm warming and nice. however the pictures online Kevin indication that they had a complementary breakfast which is not so there is no breakfast only coffee. Opening the door to our room, which was in the second set of buildings downstairs, we were hit by an overpowering smell of pure pet urine. It was overwhelming and took my breath away. I immediately close the door as I am an asthmatic and the smell was so confronting & atrocious. The were clean on the bed, but there were no towels in the room. I went back to the front desk and inquired about another room and asked for the keys for two more additional rooms nearby. The clerk understood and gave me keys for room 114 and 115 in room 114 with a step down from room 13 that will still infested with pet urine in the carpet and so was 115. I found my way to a nearby store store and purchased carpet deodorizer for the room we decided to stay in which was room 115 and again this was our 3rd room change and obviously the best that they could accommodate us with. I specifically left a message for the housekeeping manager regarding the lack of care and quality work that none of the housekeepers have seem to care about. The carpet was in dire need of cleaning if not ripping out and tossing it in the trash. The owners need to know this as well their rooms. It’s just one big dump.

Front desk receptionist was absolutely sweet and adorable!! Loved her attitude ❤️❤️ the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Luckily I had bleach wipes in my car and cleaned it up. Other than that it was ok.

Location Rooms were filthy dirty clothes left from previous people. Holes in the walls, i mean huge holes. Dresser drawers all busted up. Cigarettes on the floor and in the drain.
-
Bathroom in the room was horrible paint was peeling and not clean
-
The location The room was poorly cleaned. Food crumbs in the bed, pubes on toilet, there was a fake fingernail in the bathtub, and a hole in the front door that I had to shove a rag in.

Was not pre cleaned

I thought I had stayed in some awful places before but this place takes the cake! The amount of people living there full time was crazy, we witnessed a few drug deals happening, music playing most of the night and dogs barking. Room had a funky smell. We basically wasted money on the room!! Definitely would not recommend anyone stay at this place!!!!

This hidden gem continues to be a bright spot in the universal failure that has been today. My mornings are with promise because of such a well ran property like the Jubilee Inn. ......love your dictator!

Nothing at all!!!!!! Everything! The pictures they have online is false advertisement.. they had a homeless man living in the pool area and he was flashing his knife and the guest and my family and talking about his dick. They had six cops that came and removed him. They were doing drug exchange at this hotel had roaches, black grasshoppers, dirty sheets, cigarette holes in his sheets, no fire alarms no lights on the ceiling lights only in the bathroom area and the lamps by the bed. The shower curtains has mold on them. And The toilets was dirty and not clean They had cracks in the walls. The tubs were black. The refrigerator was not clean. The microwaves are ready to catch fire. The fixtures on the dressers are broken off the furniture in the room are nasty. Looks like they got them out of dumpster. Yall need to take them off of your listing. And one of my rooms the AC did not work. The door to the room, the light will come through straight through the bottom, and the side does not feel safe at all anything can crawl underneath them doors or the side of the door. They have air fresheners hanging in the room cause it stinks so bad. The towels look all worn out, and not to clean. They need new ones. The front desk people are not always there my wife waiting like 25 mins to come and they never did. They also have a coffee bar around the front desk but they don’t use it.. they whole time we tried to get coffee but they never fixed it. Plus 1 of my room left about 4-5 hours after getting there. That’s how bad and unsafe, this place is. I just don’t have one good thing to say about this place besides to tell you run far away.

For the price, (2 rooms, across the street from the beach, in July), we didn't expect perfection. The location and price is what we went for and that was great. The hotel was accommodating when we accident booked smoking rooms and moved us to non-smoking and again when we decided to extend our reservation. The rooms were outdated, not clean, appeared to have rats, and the beds were noncomfortable. Before we entered the room, we knew not to expect excellence, the hotel appeared run down, located behind a liquor store. You can tell, it was not professionally painted by the look of the orange painted doors having the peep hole also having paint. Inside the room, the small hard floors appeared un-mopped, especially near the toliet. The blankets/sheets had various stains and holes. One room, didn't even have blankets, just sheets. The carpet was pretty gross. We thought we lost something in the room, so we lifted the bed, and found shredded paper and rat droppings. (It was reported to the front desk who appeared mortified.)

Nothing at all Everything, someone needs to call board of health on them. And call a lawyer For false advertisement with them fake ass pictures They representing to the public

It was close to the beach Everything about the stay room was nasty. Everything broke The door was screwed together in the bathroom because someone broke thru it. Had a mold smell. Trash everywhere. The rooms were not clean at all. Had to clean the tub just to use it. Worst room I have ever stayed in. Will never recommend for anyone to stay.
