Air conditioning didn't work however they did provide a fan.

The hotel was mediocre. The staff was very helpful but often not at the main desk because they had other duties to attend to (you had to call them to get them to the front desk). The rooms were meh - just okay. The side entrance door was stuck and wouldn't open without having to pull really hard (It was the only way to open it). The entrances and hallways smelled of smoke. There was not continental breakfast. If you want a nice place, don't go here. If you want a mediocre place for a better price, this might be your place.

Excellent stay! This was my first time at this property and from the wonderful welcome when we walked in to our departure, it was nothing but positive!

What a great value! Most places are charging 120 or more for the same level of comfort and amenities.

Good location and very helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

1st room they put us in smelled so badly of cigarettes I asked to change rooms. The 2nd room smelled of dirty people and mold. The windows were covered in mold. Screen was ripped open and it was a 1st flood room. The bedding had stains on them. Staff refused to get a manager to deal with it. Do NOT stay here

It's an older hotel, but pretty clean. There is no elevator at this location. The staff is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Fair to middlin’.

Got to the hotel and got told they don’t rent to residents within a 50 mile radius. Then ask me to put $150 toward a deposit just to stay one night. Got into the room and it smelled like cigarettes and the floor was old.

It was the cheapest room rates we could find in town with decent amenities, during the fair. We weren't in town for the fair. It wasn't too bad. We were wishing it had a continental breakfast tho.

Everything was great, quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was large and the only negative I can think of is that the couch should probably be replaced because it was stained. We got a good night's rest and then our car was just a few steps away, that was all we could ask for!

The ac in my room didn't work and I got charged for it

They charged an extra four dollars for bed tax, which expedia, should have had it on their plan

Was clean and staff helpful. Only one thing was our sink was a really slow draining. Otherwise was excellent for the price.
