avid Hotels Billings West by IHG

This was my first stay at an Avid hotel by IGH. The property was clean and very space efficient. I appreciated the availability of the hot drinks (coffee and tea) in the evening. As a traveler with a dog, this was a great spot to stay a night.

Friendly staff, easy checkin, comfy room, good breakfast.

It took 4 trips to the front desk to get a new key card that would work and a front desk attendant finally had to come up and open the door with a pass key.

Clean and well maintained facilities. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was good with a person attending the area often.

The property was clean but we had an awful odor in our room coming from the air conditioner. We didn’t notice when we checked in but later in the evening we could start to smell it and by the next morning it was much worse.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Very nice property, would stay again.

Very pleasant stay over night. Pretty clean place. We had no complaints.

Breakfast options are amazing, probably the best I’ve ever seen. Property well maintained and very clean. Very close to Costco along with a lot stores, movie theater, restaurants, etc off of Shilo Rd.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. It was obviously new and in great shape! Breakfast was wonderful with many options for people with gluten and dairy sensitivities. We will stay there again!

The whole reason I picked this hotel was because of the picture advertised of the water park. I have a 3 year old and was excited to stay here and take him to the water park. In the pictures of the property its shows different pictures showing the property and then has a picture of a water park. The Water park is not at this hotel and Its obvious that they use the picture to draw people to their hotel and make them think the water park is on this property. The hotel was new and nice but without the water park its just another basic hotel... and again thats why they purposely put the water park in the gallery of pictures. Was very disappointed

The bathrooms are nice shiny clean and all Amenities were helpful and useful. The housekeepers are helpful but the hotel is a good one.

Room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, air conditioning worked well. Weird smell when over 72 degrees, no microwave in rooms. Still a wonderful stay! Would recommend

24 hr coffee

Nice hotel. Did not get the chance to stay long enough to explore everything, but for the time being I enjoyed it fully

A very nice though simple new hotel.

Property is very nice. Fitness Room had everything we needed. Location was also great. Would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room and bed were great! Had other plans for breakfast so didn't get to try.

Comfortable bed

Great location, easy parking, great staff, super clean, great restaurant just feet away. And close to Costco.
