Perfect place to stay, super close to the village! We stayed for only one night while visiting Big Sky with my wife, and the location was incredibly convenient. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the near future when visiting Big Sky!

Needs upgrade for the price

The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was beautiful with fridge, sink and cabinets for storage and all the amenities we needed

After an exhausting day of travel with 3 delayed flights we arrived at The Lodge at 11:30 pm instead of noon as planned. A very pleasant young lady greeted us at the desk and offered to open the snack shop for a much needed adult beverage. Since we arrived so late we asked for a late checkout and the manager did not hesitate to accommodate us. Lovely large room, beautiful property. Will definitely go back!

Not enough staff!!! One morning, one woman was working-- she was checking people in at the desk, changing juice at the awful, awful included breakfast and the coffee ran out! There were 2 carafes, (day 2 they only filled 1) and that ran out! We stood for 5 mins until the 1 woman who was working called her husband from the office to help! It was nuts. No water in your room, only a filled container in the lobby with orange slices in it, attempting to cover the poor tasting water. No filtered water to fill your own bottle. Nice staff, guessing not the owners. For $800 for 3 nights, (the very quiet time in Big Sky) I was expecting a facility that wasn't built & designed in the 60's and never updated. Too bad, I will not be recommending The Lodge.

Very nice, clean hotel. Hot tub was super nice and the views were wonderful. Close to everything too.

The rooms were clean and staff went over the top to make sure we had everything we needed and had a good trip!

Very good

Only beef was additional pay of $12 for parking per day and $50 charge for incidental expenses that is refundable and they can’t tell you when you get your refund to your charge card. That means you have to check in two weeks and if you haven’t gotten it, you are going to have to call them and demand it probably. Put the parking in the price of the room. If that’s the only way to get customers, this is the review you will get.

Everything was wonderful. Wish my stay would've been longer than 1 night.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby had plenty of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was good.

My fault for not planning my trip better. This was very expensive which would be ok if the place was nicer. Rooms have never been updated since the early 90s. The elevator makes enough noise to wonder if you will get out alive. They charged 24 dollars for parking even though there were literally 5 cars and we paid almost 800 bucks for 2 nights.

It was a beautiful property. Was a little further from town than we expected.
-
It’s a beautiful lodge , perfect distance to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons without staying in one of the parks. They only service the rooms every 3 days so I had to keep asking for towels. I think for the price, they could at least take the trash out and put clean towels out.

The staff was friendly, the area to walk our dog was conveniently located in front of the Lodge, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was sorely lacking. Overall, a nice hotel, it's just in need of updating.
-
The hotel is older but well maintained. Short 3 minute walk to the village. Friendly staff. Can't ask for much more for the price.
-
Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, very quiet for sleeping. A little dated, especially the elevator, but great views and a nice place to stay.
-
Elevator sounded like it was falling apart. Staff was very friendly.Room was clean.
