The hotel had all the usual amenities and was nice, but the front desk attendant who checked me in was very perfunctory and not welcoming. The overnight staff, Krishna in particular, was wonderful as were the Day staff

Very well-designed and comfortable room. Breakfast choices were good —though nothing very special — and I wished they didn’t shut it down at 9:00.

Great hotel about 1 block to the heart of historic Bethlehem’s shopping and dining area. Parking across the street is very easy. The rooms are standard Hyatt Place, large, clean, nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly and seem to genuinely want to help you with any of your requests/questions. The breakfast is good and Rose who seems to always be there works extra hard to make sure everyone has what they need. She is amazing and adds a lot to the welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast ends at 9 during the week which is a little early but otherwise it’s a nice addition. There is a great small cafe directly across the street as well. You can also buy drinks and snacks at the Hyatt which is convenient.
