Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown

The room was clean, but the comforter On the bed ( although clean) was old, worn and had multiple pulls.

Stayed 2 nights. Did not use the ammenities. Nice place. Good location along with the surrounding neighborhood west of Wisconsin Ave. for food, drink, and a leisurly stroll. Parking was a bit steep. Then again you are in Bethesda. Easy access to the Metro which is very efficient.

The reception gave me a one-day parking free, that's great !

Liked location and easy parking. Room was in need of repairs. It felt unclean mainly due to the need for repairs and painting. The toilet seat was very loose, the ceiling in shower was cracked and the paint was peeling. The tub was stained which made it appear it wasn’t clean, and the faucet constantly leaked water. The ice machine on the floor wasn’t working. Not sure I’ll stay at this hotel again.

Staff were pleasant and hotel was in a convenient location. Surrounding area was lovely and had a lot of shops and food. We were offered free parking for changing our room from 2 queen beds to a king with a cot

We had to ask twice for a full bottle of body wash as the one we had was was empty .also as Hilton Honors members we should have had bottled water in our room without our asking for it.

Location

Room was not fully cleaned - definitely not vacuumed as there was some debris on the floor. Shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall anymore and not fixed.

Shouldn’t have to pay for parking since I’m staying there anyway. Everything else is great! Thanks for the stay and friendly staff.

My overall experience was great! And I especially loved the night light in the bathroom.

The staff in the hotel were very efficient and friendly, especially Feven on the front desk. but the in-room amenities were poor, they seemed to have no regular coffee for the coffee maker for 4 days, and the breakfast was vastly over-priced for the meager fare. The only redeeming thing about my stay was the employees who were friendly and efficient, but the rest of the hotel was sub-par for what I have been used to at Hilton Hotels in the past.
