It was alright for a last min booking

Tough staff is friendly and helpful, experienced very poor WiFi network and unable to connect to laptop or even phone.

The room itself was clean and near spotless, with what appeared to be new furnishings and flooring. The bathroom was standard grade. The only drawback--and what would make this a GREAT stay--was the old fridge. It was rusty and leaky and smelly. Just replacing that would make this a perfect place to stay for a while.

Finding the driveway to the hotel. The door for room 409 needs to rehung or the hinges tightened. You have to lift up on the door to shut it without using your bodyweight to close it

Room was very basic and not in good shape at all. We were never informed this was also a value monthly rent. I felt I was in a boarding house. Only amenity was two thermoses of coffee in morning with NO cream or sugar! This sort of sums up the entire experience

There wasn't a phone in one of the rooms, so I had to go to the lobby to ask for assistance to get television working.

The check in process went smoothly and the person was very friendly. The property was a bit run down. Seeing rust stains from the a/c units streak down the side of the hotel was less than appealing. We were surprised when we went in to find it cleaner than expected. Our room looked a bit run down. Rusty refrigerator stains on the countertop, rusty bathroom fixtures and water spots on the ceiling from a leak. The bed was clean. But the big thing we had issues with is that we found boogers on the wall. 4 to be exact, by the bed and one in the bathroom. Had I known this information before I booked. I would have found somewhere else to stay. Stress through the roof for me and my wife. We will not stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay here either.

Everything. The room was completely disgusting. Toilet was broken. Microwave has burnt marks and the front class was caked with old food. Refrigerator was completely rusted on the outside. The dresser had 2 missing drawers. The bleach smelled was strong.
