The location is perfect, especially if you're going to a concert or just want easy access to everything Bend has to offer. Want good food? Walk to Anthony's Restaurant (you won't regret it), or drive downtown for more options; it's only a few miles away. Hiking Dillon Falls, again a short distance from the Hilton Garden. The staff was phenomenal, the place was clean, and the beds were comfy. I highly recommend!

Arrived early and there originally wasn't a room available for early check-in, so we planned to come back in an hour. As we went to our car, the receptionist followed us out and called us back in because a room had been opened up. I appreciate the quick response from housekeeping and the receptionist's effort to get our attention.

Great location and amenities. Great location for the concerts at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, but if you’re not there for the concert the room sounds like the concert is in your room, the good thing is the concerts have to be done by 10:00 pm. Not really the properties fault, but they could have done something during the construction.

Absolutely perfect location if you are seeing a concert. Walking distance to so many places to eat, drink and shop. Very large nice rooms. Little store with a big selection of snacks and drinks. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything, everyone was friendly, the room was beautiful. Enjoyed it very much! Also close to the amphitheatre! The tipping QR didn't work and the front desk was busy so I didn't know how to leave a tip

The $20 Parking fee that was added on at checkout and never discussed or mentioned at any other time. Most hotels that charge for parking discuss that at check in so there are no surprises at checkout. Terrible policy. Everything else was fine.

We thought the breakfast was included but they charge $16 per person. It was nice being by the river and shops and restaurants.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was perfect after a long day of exploring Bend. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel was exactly what we were looking for: clean, convenient, and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bend!

My room had a great view of Deschutes River and the Three Sisters mountains. The paid for breakfast buffet was great! Also, the hotel location was right next to the Mill district.
