The staff was extremely friendly and worked with me to accommodate an early check-in. My only concern was that my mom seemed to have some issue with her room and the noise that was filtering in.

Very good experience.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was spacious. The room has a fridge with water, coffee maker, and a safe. The breakfast buffet for a fee was great. Valet Parking only but there’s garages next to it if you want to park your self.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking situation was a bit different than I am used to. Only valet is available and at a cost. Overall experience was pleasant.

Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Reasonably price by Bellvue standards.

Beautiful hotel, inside and out. Nice outdoor seating outside of the bar/ lounge. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A little complicated to turn into for parking and you need to be fast to get out for valet parking. Great walking distance to local restaurants, bars, Safeway, the Bellevue downtown park and Bellevue Square shopping. Room was nice but was pretty small and not the cleanest; grime in sink and a funky green gunk stuck on our way near the bed. Nice water pressure and temperature from the shower though. Would go back, but with ear plugs. In their defense, I'm a light sleeper and should have come prepared. For a Saturday night/morning, I should have expected lots of shutting doors and loud voices at 3/4am.

Only 1 of 3 elevators for a 6 story building was working and at one point NONE worked where we had to haul up our stuff 7 floors with no help.

Rooms were soooo dark. Elevators were not working.

I extremely rarely write a review. I hope my experience will help others. We stayed for 4 nights. (1) They had a glass sliding door for the bathroom. Right after we checked-in, I was trapped in the bathroom. The sliding door was completely stuck after closing it. My sister tried to use the phone by the beds to call for help, but nobody picked up. She had to go down to the front desk to get help. Somebody came; he said the rollers were uneven. He eventually had to replace some hardware. If I was a solo traveler, I'd have been trapped in the bathroom for hours. (2) The drain of the sink was clogged. It was so obvious if the housekeeper was paying attention. (3) When we checked in, we noticed they had 3 elevators but only one was functional. We thought it was because there were not enough people to turn on the other two. On the last night, after we came back from a formal event. They told us that one elevator was out of service. They needed to call somebody to fix it, probably would take 2 hours. I asked if they could turn on the other two; they said they were out of service as well. My sister and I had to climb in high heels to 5th floor. We had an early flight to catch the next morning. The elevator was not fixed overnight. We had to carry the heavy suitcases down for five floors. This hotel looked modern and was not inexpensive. However, it is ridiculously poorly maintained when there are many other modern hotels in the area!

I arrived to check in and experienced a very disappointing situation. The staff appeared stressed and the check-in process was extremely slow. We were first informed that the system was down, and then told that the elevators were not working. Despite these issues, no assistance or alternative arrangements were provided. Guests were simply instructed to carry their luggage up the stairs, which was highly inconvenient, especially for those with multiple or heavy bags. I would have expected better support and communication from the hotel under these circumstances.
