Hampton Inn by Hilton Chicago-Midway Airport

The room was more excellent. The location to the airport and the shuttle the export made it the perfect place to stay.

The location it had a lot of great restaurants and stores close by The second night I killed a roach in the bathroom then my sister saw one on the wall and tub in the bathroom in the middle of the night then there was one on my bed my anxiety shot up to 1000, then the GM that checked me out tried to insinuate that I brought the comforter or staged the roach then she compped one night to make up for it and I appreciated that but unfortunately I will not return to that particular Hotel because she also said that the pest control comes every two weeks to insure me that they didn't have those problems but my thought was why do they come so often unless there was a previous issue I worked the front desk in the hotel in my city for over 3 years and ecolab came quarterly.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns and this was the worst one of all. Not up to the Hampton name. Bathroom was old and had pink and black mold in all the shower caulking. The room was LOUD, backing right up to a busy street, it felt like the window was open all night. On the upside, signature very comfortable bed was there and I enjoyed the morning breakfast also typical for the Hampton brand. Unfortunately, cannot recommend this particular location.

If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay this will be the place. Need lots of updates done to the rooms but not too bad of a stay.

Room was clean, included breakfast bar was just fair but clean. Public elevators were very dirty. Staff was friendly.

The visit was amazing. I enjoyed the shuttle bus service although the buses is a little outdated and very noisy when riding in. But no other issues was a very pleasant stay.

WE STAYED ON 3RD FLOOR THE CAR TRAFFIC WAS KINDA LOUD AT TIMES BUT OVER ALL GOOD.

Good hotel. Breakfast was a little predictable and I got fed up with it quickly. Some more variety would be good. Facilities were good and staff were courteous and helpful. Gym was well maintained.
