Room was clean and nice but the hot tub in the room didnt work properly as the plug would not stay closed. Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Staff was friendly, definitely not worth the price of a room, a little on the expensive side.

Staff was kind and helpful Pool area wasn't that clean. We had a problem with our booking because we used third party booking.com. so they couldn't see our payment even though it was taken out of our account. After manager was on site she was awesome and helped the situation though

The room was very clean. The common areas were nicely decorated and well kept. Staff was pleasant and helpful. How does one know when the $50 deposit is refunded?

The room was full of bugs. Earwigs, spiders and a centipede in the shower. Under the bed was a strange amount of dirt, dust clumps and bugs. One was a roach or some sort of beetle. The front desk is behind bulletproof glass and when I tried to show them the photos of the bugs I just photographed they walked away and would not talk to us. When I called Expedia the Expedia rep said they would call the hotel and email them.
