This place was beautiful, best hotel gym i have ever seen!

Amazing stay everytime!

I was there for an event. The elevators were like molasses, but they did do the job - eventually. The hotel workers tried to get me to purchase coffee in the morning. Every hotel I've ever stayed in has provided coffee (the coffee maker in my room was broken)

Were satisfied overall.

Our stay (with a handicapped mother and large dog) was unplanned, but Crowne Plaza ended up being such a pleasant time! Every staff went out of their way to greet us and ask us if we needed anything, we’re very helpful and accommodating with any request we had, and made us feel right at home! The property felt very safe and was well maintained with plenty of green space for the pup to stretch her legs and do her business (a plus were the multiple doggie bag and trash stations)! The rooms were updated and very comfortable as well.

Everything was great! Didn’t realize the bar would be closed and lunch was buffet style, but those are all things that can worked around :)

It was very crowded at the property which was not expected.

I was disappointed that there was a huge convention going on. The hotel did not seem big enough for the number of people. Breakfast items were out and there was NO parking. I was traveling as a female by myself with my two daughters and we had to park way in the back and walk in the dark on the outside of the building to get inside the hotel. This was very disappointing.

Everything about my stay was top tier! The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent service. I always enjoy staying here whenever I visit Baton Rouge. I honestly didn’t have any complaints.
