Excellent customer service; very clean rooms

no pool

Only complaint was at check in where there was a tardiness in sorting out that I had already paid for parking. And parking app that I had to download was useless. Otherwise clean hotel, nice room, quiet and reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff with nice lobby bar and restaurant. Room was extremely quiet. Dog friendly. Attractions and restaurants were a 20+ minute walk

The property was clean, and the staff was great. Fast check-in. I liked the added on breakfast feature. You can go down to the restaurant/bar area and order off the menu; you just pay tax and tip. The only thing I didn't like was the parking situation. You could valet for $45 a day or park next door in the parking garage for $15 a day to be paid when you leave. We arrived Thursday night and left Sunday morning. Left with the car twice and paid $ 45 in total.

The staff were super friendly and personal. Not the property’s fault but there are a lot of homeless people living around the hotel.

Great location near ballpark and other sites of interest. Very nice hotel with classy lobby. I only ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was quite good and I generally dislike restaurant food.

The hotel was lovely & the staff was wonderful. The neighborhood didn't seem 100% safe. It is in a neighborhood that is not yet amazing. There was a homeless shelter across the street & sometimes people were sitting or lying on the sidewalk.

Exceptionally helpful staff, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Great location for financial and government in Baltimore.
