Pool wasn’t available for the weekend

I love this place, but I ended up taking a cold shower. I wish he had told me that the hot water took so long to come out. The ice machine didn’t work, so he said he would bring me ice, but didn’t.

Quiet and safe place for our two day stay. Everything was working well in our room. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

The AC was not working well to cool the room.so I called management they did not cared and turn off their phone. Also there is no one in the front desk ever. room was bad and very cheap amenities. In summer we had to stay without good ac.

It’s definitely not what you see online on Expedia. The rooms are rundown and dirty. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Overall, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The staff provides good service, and the parking is easily accessible. The setting is very pleasant and allows you to connect with nature.

It's unfortunate, but I won't be going back.

Very clean . Clean pool

It was great,I reserved a week in November
-
The property needs some maintenance and upgrades. The breakfast was sparse to say the least.

The staff was nice. However, when we got there the pool was dirty. They cleaned it but for the 2 days we stayed there it smelled super strong of chemicals. The breakfast was also not great. It was some fruits and yogurt. and some waffle mix that had been sitting in the fridge for a while.

This property would be a great candidate for HGTV remodel. The hill country views were amazing and it's a great location ! But everything else was awful !! Loud A/C unit, old furniture, no light bulbs in the bedside lights, no plug cover on bathroom outlet ( super dangerous) , items left in the refrigerator ( hot pockets and used water bottles) and the pool had not been cleaned so I couldn't even go for a swim in July in Texas! The breakfast was a joke too - old bruised bananas, a few honeybuns and wrapped pastries and cereal canisters - one had two different cereals mixed together ! I was super thankful I was only staying one night :-(

This promo is very serene and was perfect for my travels to the preserves and springs!

Easy check in

When we first got to our room, the A/C wasn’t on, but once we turned it on, the room cooled down very quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The property could use a few upgrades and some finishing touches, but for a stay of less than 10 hours, it was exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Hopefully next time we’ll have more time to enjoy the pool and explore more of the property.

The sheets smelled like men's cologne The sheets did not smell fresh smelled like men's cologne

Room was hot ac did not cool very well. Room was not cleaned very good.
-
No problems just an older hotel
-
I was only there cause my car needed extra work done and parts not there til next day. Room ac wasnt strong, luckily the ceiling fan worked, ice machine didnt work, the clerk had a bag of ice, no thanx, breakfast was bad, waffle maker not on and looked not to been cleaned, and the mix was in a fridge that was probably there for days and too thin

The property location was excellent and I can see that the hotel was once a really nice place to stay. But it's obvious that the ownership has long ago decided to abandon any thoughts of continuing to operate as a nice place to stay. I believe they're just waiting to sell it for the property value. Pool was green, air conditioning units not working properly, ceiling fans noisy, light bulbs missing, door lock cards extremely difficult to operate, and bathroom door not closing due to prior water damage on frame. It wasn't the worst place to stay, and not terrible for the price. But I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to stay.
