Noisy, roaches, drapes broken, bottom bed sheet improperly installed, no utensils -ordered from front desk and they did not know what I was talking about, shower leaks, no soap

when I told the clerk there was evidence or past or current bed bugs she gave me another room without much hassle. A hotel room is a comfortable bed and a hot shower: This Extended stay offered neither. No hot water....I was on a upper floor so I waited 5 mins and still no hot water. I waited 10mins it was barley warm enough to shower. The bed will hurt your back & injure your self respect; If this bed was an animal, you'd take it out back and shoot it! Lumpy and saggy. The 1st room they put me in had bugs, the carpets are sticky, the kitchen was icky the whole dam place is eww! I think the owners must keep it this bad, yet expensive on purpose to drive up the price of other hotels they own. Austin needs clean, safe hotels at all price points, this place is shameful.

Do not recommend stay clear, pictures are not accurate, room was dirty, ac unit had a smell bed had bugs, table and counter top was sticky with some kind of film possibly from cleaning with dirty rags had a foul smell, shower floor material was peeling off shower head and drain were disgusting.. Again Rooms are dirty and not maintained, breakfast consist of a shelf behind the front desk containing granola bars nothing like the pictures. If I could give 0 stars I would.

How come this place isn't inspected by management? I dont want to start
-
I wouldn't stay here again. The staff never said a word when entering and I was there for 2 weeks. Coffee was out sometimes IF you brought your own cup. Breakfast consisted of a handing you an oatmeal packet or a Cinnabon in a wrapper.

They checked us to a room that hasn’t been cleaned. I cancelled my stay due to fire alarm issues. They wont refund my payment. They told me to call Booking.com. Staff not willing to help to my refund.

Did not feel safe. Do not stay there. After seeing my room I immediately left to find another hotel. Big safety red flags.

Exceptional

Location was minutes from the conference I attended. The odor of the room was not inviting. The carpet felt dirty and the floors had a sticky feeling as you walked on them. Everything seemed terrible and will not come back.

Good

Filthy room. Not just old but not clean. Toothpaste on mirror. Fridge top and stove top overhang so much dust and particles. Blood on drapes. The bed sheets weren’t wrinkled so I think they had been washed but long curly hair when pulled back sheets and other hairs.
-
Bath tub was uneven, and felt unsafe to stand in while showering. No texture no bathmat
-
A solid reminder in life that you get what you pay for. Bathtub was filthy - people were moving furniture on the floor above at 10pm - the coffee bar downstairs was poorly stocked - staff nonexistent - lobby smelled like marijuana
-
Clean and close to the airport
-
The kitchen wasn't fully equipped and the room and I never saw a breakfast while there. They said it was a grab and go style, but I never saw that.
-
Waited at the lobby for 25 minutes before I was able to check in

Hotel was run down and dirty. The hallways smelled like pot. The first room they put me in had a broken AC/heater that made lots of noise. The second room they put me in had clearly been broken into before because the door frame was bent open and you could see the hallway even with the door closed. The "breakfast" that was supposed to be included was my choice of a small muffin or bag of instant oatmeal. Both of which were behind the front desk, so you had to get the person at the front desk to get it for you.
