I rarely leave a negative review, but this hotel was not firing on all cylinders; some staff were less than helpful.

Under major construction for the next year. Room was excellent and staff also excellent but it’s truly an entire construction zone at this time. I was unaware of this when I booked!

This property was under construction when we were there. All public spaces other than the front desk lobby were covered with tarps, building materials and equipment. There was no public space. Meals were served in a brightly lit conference room. We booked this hotel because it looked lovely on Expedia’s website, and we knew that it would be the end of a stressful trip. We were looking forward to treating ourselves in a relaxing environment. I wish we had been notified regarding the state of the property.

We got stuck in Denver airport due to weather. We selected the hotel because of pictures, 4 star rating, proximity, and the fact they had an airport shuttle. After reserving our rooms in the airport, we called for their free shuttle service. We were told it would be an hour and a half (it was 9.5 miles). We went ahead and paid for an Uber. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady that was clearly less than thrilled to be at work. There was an airport shuttle sitting idle at the front door. I was old I could not switch payment to my Bonvoy card, nor get Bonvoy credit as I had booked through 3rd party. It was not yet 10, and we were starving having had a 5 hour delay. We were told both the restaurant and bar were closed. Additionally, they are undergoing a huge renovation. The beautiful atrium in the photos…all cement and construction mess. We were not able to get luggage from the airline, we asked for toothpaste and toothbrush…nope. Didn’t have anything for us. Made it to our rooms. They were very good size, but outdated and furniture was damaged. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens crisp and clean. We tried to make a reservation on the shuttle for in the morning and we’re told that it was unavailable. When we lobby in the morning, there were now two airport shuttles, sitting out front, and the shuttle driver sitting in the lobby reading.

The hotel was under construction, but there was advanced notification. The pool was not available onsite. The hotel stuff was unfriendly.

Rooms were nice but the staff was not helpful. I needed help with the parking app and no one was able to help. Our room wasn’t cleaned the day we stayed. I called down to see if they were going to clean the room but was told it had to wait till next day. I told them we were checking out the next day. They offered to bring up extra towels but they never brought them. There is too many other hotel options in that areas for their services to be this low.

Decent stay, but kind of tucked away from restaurants and activities.

But whole hotel was under construction and very awkward. The breakfast was fantastic//heaps of wonderful bacon plus sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, juices Etc. All in all it was a great stay even though there is an extra charge for parking!!!

When we arrived at the airport we contacted the hotel to order the shuttle. It would be 10 minutes we were told. 40 minutes later, a neighbouring shuttle took pity on us and delivered us to the hotel which is a building site! The entire atrium is being refurbished. There was dust everywhere, the jack hammers started at 8.40am and continued through the day. When we got to our room. There were workman working at the next window and another on a pole at window height just a few feet away. The lady at reception made no apologies but had to shout to be heard. At no point during booking were we warned about the works. To be honest, I am surprised the hotel could remain open or at the very least offer a discount. The gym and pool were not available and if you wanted to eat in the noise and dust (we didn't) it was in a grubby back room. The atrium is the hotel's USP so we were incredibly disappointed. The only positive point was the comfy bed!

I loved the beautiful spacious room. Nothing

We always appreciate coming in late from flights at nearby Denver International Airport & knowing we can still get a nice meal & drinks at the restaurant that serves until 10 pm. Very kind servers! The rooms are large & gorgeous & the bathroom luxurious. Especially given the affordable room rates. This trip the grounds were not as nice as usual. The indoor "river" was not working, & there was construction in various areas. Still, this is a good stay near the airport with the kindest shuttle driver you'll ever find!

There was a long walk to our room, and it was all boarded up. We had to shower in a mold rimmed shower. Full of molds and I have photos. So disappointed in this stay.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's one of our favorite places, however, they were under construction this trip which made it a very different experience. We paid for breakfast through Expedia as an add-on ahead of time, but when we arrived to eat the cost per person was $5 less than we had pre-paid. The front desk staff was not very friendly and I had to tell them that we had drinks and breakfast included in our room. We're hoping our next stay will be better like it was before.

It would have been nice to know tge place was under renovation before we stayed there and the fact they charge to to park there now was a big turn off to the idea of ever staying at that place again. Thats the first place I've ever stayed that charged for parking; even $500 a night resorts don't charge for parking.

    Bad

Today is in remodeling and was very uncomfortably.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

    Run down and under construction.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

This location is under renovation. Amenities are affected. Construction noise during daytime hours. No warning on Hotels.com about renovations in progress. Room is dated, finishes worn, linens especially pillow's smell old and used. As a business traveler, I would not consider for future stays until renovations are completed.
