it was excellent for location and the staff were good but the sauna wasn't working and hasn't been for over 6 months, I booked this hotel because it had a swimming pool & a sauna , the was great , Sauna not working, couldn't get breakfast until after 7 am too late . the room was huge and comfortable but it was old , the bathroom very dated .

Great location and parking was easily accessible. Staff were super helpful. Room hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted very well.

Absolutely everything! Perfect hotel to stay at and it has everything! Gym, Pool, Spa on the roof. The rooms were very clean and came with everything that was needed. The staff were very lovely and so helpful! Will 100% be back! Nothing everything was perfect!!

Great location, rooms are clean and warm Didn’t like that there are 2 separate buildings and there is no mention of this when booking through booking.com, also the parking situation we were put in the carpark underneath the heritage but stayed in the rendezvous, also check in and check out was in the other building

The staff were amazing very welcoming and accommodating Location perfect I reccommend to everyone Elevators stopped working after a power surge. But the staff were efficient at helping us navigate The Bar was underconstruction during our stay unlucky timing. Our rooms absorbed people yelling from the pool abit to early for us in the morning.

Everything was close to celebrate our mate. The pool was my kids fave. Couldn't hook my phone up to TV...not a big issue for us but future guests might get annoyed
