Staff were friendly and welcoming. The duvets was too thin and the bed was cold. The restaurant was nice but there were people at breakfast in their pyjamas and that seemed disrespectful - a dress code would have been nice. I get the 'vibe' but the restaurant positions itself as high end and this undermines it. Uncool.
