I had booked this hotel because I was going to see a concert on the beach. Turns out my room was dirty walls with foot prints, a broken toilet, and a broken phone my room was 3410 to be exact

Alba was truly helpful out the front desk staff. All other staff lied and did not assist at all. Hotel under construction. Pool hours aren’t ideal.
-
We like that the hotel is on the boardwalk and that it doesn’t cost a lot to stay. The room was clean and there are a bunch of restaurants to choose from. This is our second time staying there.

Very nice clean food was very good

Last time we visited, there was an extra-long check-in process and long elevator waits; this time, we did not have either problem.

It was just for one night, wish I could have stayed longer!! None of the hotels are easily designed for the disabled, you really have to hunt for it, it's a little city within it self!! Be prepared to do a lot of walking, need better signs for directions to different areas, you'll see about 2 signs and then thrown into chaos. Also, you see the self check in kiosk area you use it and then the kiosk tells you to go to main lobby check in desk for keys, after asking several people you have to go down 2 floors of escalators and then you're thrown into lines like your waiting to board a flight. In spite of all that,I'll still go back! Lol!

I didn't like the check in and check out. The staff worked so slow. It took almost 30 minutes waiting to check in . Need more people to work at the front desk .

Didn’t get to stay because they refused to change my stay date

We decided on a last minute trip. Let Tropicana pick out our room because the price was a steal. Honestly, pleasantly surprised. We stayed at the Solana tower which seemed to have been recently updated. No nasty carpet, hard flooring which was great. Bathroom was nothing fancy but was spacious. Wish there was better lighting for my makeup in the room but bathroom lighting was as perfect. Fun vibe throughout the casino. We arrived on a Sunday so expect some bars to close early. Hubby and I had a blast . See you soon Tropicana !

The room smelt like mold, they wouldn’t change our room. If you book through here you’re automatically getting the Chelsea tower which is the only section to not be renovated. No microwave, barely hot water and the worst part is you have to walk through the entire “marketplace and casino” to get to the Chelsea tower.

It was a nice stay! lots of places to eat at.
-
A lot to do inside if rainy but after paying a resort fee and having to pay to sit at the pools was ridiculous 😡 expectly with the pools being small.
-
The stay was nice with great views if you pay for the king size room. The halls and casino do smell of cigarette smoke so be mindful.
-
I booked an ocean view room which cost more than other rooms. The ocean view was a small space between two towers outside a side window. Very disappointing. When I went to front desk, the manager said there was nothing he could do. No apology no nothing. Bathrooms in public area were dirty, I wasn’t pleased about smoking in the casino especially as there was smoking right outside the restaurant where we made a reservation. Bed sheets had small blood stains on them and bed was uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the $550 per night price tag. I recommend looking for another establishment.
-
My room was upgraded and it was beautiful. Nice clean room, view to the beach.
-
I messaged the property inquiring about options to be added to our stay because we were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. NEVER received a response. That was very disappointing. Hair in our shower. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Refrigerator cabinet broken. Not at all what I would expect at this price point.
-
Our room was not clean the floor had garbage on it. Bathroom wasn't clean.
-
No water, low security and it means everyone including those not living in the hotel can access the hotel floor. There is a guy smoked weeds in front of my hotel room and no one even supervise. Terrible experience! In addition, there is hidden fee upon arrival. What’s more worse? No water available on my floor for drink purpose. I paid $700 a night for a king size bed, the mattress is too soft…. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!

Great stay! Enjoyed the food and the casino! Room was cold and clean! Bed was a little uncomfortable but okay. Only peeve is the panhandlers outside who never seem to leave and bug you!
