Resorts Casino Hotel Atlantic City

Food at Margaritaville was awful (on property but maybe not managed by Resorts). They clearly microwave everything. Even the fried food. Drinks were good.

Clean room great service

There was a coffee machine but no pot to make coffee. Ice machine not working on that floor. Couldn't Crack window in smoking room. Needed more vents. No vents in bathroom for shower. Staff did not tell us drinks are free when playing machines. We spent too much on drinks. So we went to oceans where they told us free drinks just tips. ........

The property is tired. Our stay was uneventful and quiet, but the property is showing its age. For a one-night stay it fit our needs, but we would choose a newer hotel if were staying any longer.

Great experience will stay again

We had a good time and everything was going fine. The weather was good, The amenities great and the people who worked there were helpful and pleasant. Our maid was awesome. Then on the day we were supposed to leave, my husband woke up with bedbug bites, and when he went by the window there was on actual bedbug on him. So now i am thinking how clean is this place and do they fumigate the rooms frequently. We contacted the hotel and they cted right away. We got to move to a comparable room right away. We appreciated that but I was so afraid of bringing bed bugs home,

Great hotel, restaurants and casinos conveniently located down stairs. Boardwalk stores easy to get too. Pricing and fees are transparent and easy to understand.
