The room didn’t get cleaned until the 4th day and I had to asked them multiple times

Parking crazy

We had a suite on 10th floor, very quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to GSU and plenty of food establishments.

Besides the stained sheets, the hotel was nice. I’d stay again

well located hotel, very helpful staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast.

Location Parking

The hotel is very well located close to everything. The building is old but very clean, rooms with good space. The reception service is very friendly.

The room was dirty. I literally checked out the next day and decided to book somewhere else although I had it for 4 nights. I was not given the option for a refund even after providing pictures of the dirtiness. Asked to see a manager and was denied that too and advised to take up refund with Expedia.

The staff was pleasent and breakfast was good. The Mattress was awful! The bathroom sink was stopped up, so we just used the kitchen. I wish I had known about the cost of daily parking; I would have just gone with the pricer hotel next door.

The ceiling was peeling due to moisture from the bathroom. The door locks were not working efficiently when trying to unlock the door and when leaving our hotel room, the door lock was also not working efficiently. The faucet would not turn off all the way the boat was terrible, but that’s a personal problem.

I had a great stay. Valet service came in handy due to the Hotels location in downtown.

The parking situation…

Good breakfast variety. Clean quiet rooms. Walking distance to Aquarium. We didn't find Atlanta very hospitable but this place was. Breakfast time could be longer.

The property was nice great location No parking had to use valet and it was $ 50.00 that was too much they know there isn’t parking so they up charge that (CRAZY)

Great staff who are always friendly and cheerful.

We were there for a less than 24 hr stay, everything was great.

The staff was really friendly throughout our stay at the hotel. The room was clean when we first arrived, and there was plenty of room for us to make ourselves comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well, with options for everyone to enjoy, and we saw staff actively making sure there was plenty of food available to eat in the morning. The location was convenient when heading to Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the World Cup, as it was about 15 minutes from the hotel. Also, it's right next to a MARTA station you take from the airport to the hotel. Enjoyed our time there and recommend this option for hotels in Downtown Atlanta.

Last night for us, In the evening 1pm we start to have water leaking from top floor basically dirty water was leaking from the ceiling with no stop and all my kids sleeping already and I called to receptionist and one of the employee name Bashiry come to room and checked and just apologized from me and was in the middle of the night just was not easy to weak up all my family in the middle of the night and pack up all the luggage and bags, even they didn’t offer us to change the room. We arrive 4 pm to check in and still the room was not ready and we wait another 40 minutes just to check in
