Cleaning staff entered without knocking.

Great location to The Battery and Truist Park. Very clean and safe place to stay.

The property needs to be updated, especially with the renovation and extension of the Galleria mall.I was assigned to room 740. Upon entering the carpet felt damp and wet and the toilet and fridge area smelled of sewage. The staff was quick to assign me a new room, which was clean and fresh. The shower had cracks and openings in the ceiling, the vent in the shower was not clean and full of dust and the water pressure and heat was not great, but it was acceptable. I’ve also found that in the last couple of years they have changed the partnership with the toiletry company, specifically shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. I didn’t love the quality and as someone who has allergies to cosmetic products, I wasn’t able to read the ingredients because the bottles were attached to the tile. What made the stay memorable was the staff. They remembered me from previous visits, pointing out that they missed seeing my dog who used to accompany me in travel. This included the staff in the Tosca Blue restaurant and the bellhop. It was nice to see friendly faces. The front desk agents were also very welcoming and accommodating in my internet and late checkout requests. My suggestion to you, Expedia is to come up with a partnership program (shared model) where I can still earn both Marriott points as well as Expedia points. I could have lost out on Starbucks partnership points with Marriott because I had not earned points with them directly. Thankfully Starbucks handled it.

Stayed here to go to a Braves game at the Battery ! Got an early check in because game was earlier . Staff was so helpful and nice and price was great for a high end beautiful place .

Area and location was great. I did not know i would be charged to park didn't see that on the site very unhappy about the hidden fees.

Beautiful property! Will be back for future Braves games.

Property is excellent, location could not be better for attending Atlanta Braves Baseball game. Don't expect four star amenities or exceptional room service. They do just enough to get by and charge premium rates for their rooms. It's nice enough but details you might have come to expect are neglected. Small things really, things like room service food came in a plastic to-go type container, the spa jets did not work, and there was scum around the top of the pool walls. I can overlook these things but I am upset about the way I was treated at the front desk before the game. I am retired and waiting knee surgery so I have trouble walking. I picked this hotel and was assured they would shuttle me to the game. I double checked this well in advance but was told on the spot that there was no way the shuttle could take me to the game, traffic was too bad. Well traffic is always bad, it's Atlanta. I had to get an Uber but that not the point, I just don't like the way I was treated. I do not like the way I was spoken to.

From valet when we arrived, check in staff, club lounge staff, clean rooms - it was all wonderful!
-
Conference hotel so we got stuck behind a party of three that were checking in for 40.. only one reservation agent staffed at prime time check-in hours…she was nice after the 40 minute wait.. hotel itself seemed clean and was spacious -we didn’t notice any noise at night and slept well. I personally wouldn’t stay here again .. too many conference attendees and crowded public spaces and elevators/elevator wait times..i would have avoided it if i had noticed while booking it’s designed for large conventions

Very easy to get to off of I75. Room vary comfortable. Parking accessible.
-
The parking fees are a bit much. Also, the breakfast and onsite restaurants are pretty high. Paying for convenience I know but a bit much.
-
Loved staying on the 14th floor! I used my Hotel Membership to purchase the room and they rolled out the red carpet. There was a nice breakfast and snack area on the 14th floor.
-
Nice, clean and not a long walk to Truist Park.
-
Location Didn't have cot,it's a room for 4 people and paid for it,but had 3 grown ass men and need more
-
Self-parking was $100 for 2 nights. Found that to be a bit steep.
-
Very nice
-
Close to Truist Park, food was exceptional! Room decor needs to be updated; bathrooms should have fans - small things, but otherwise comfortable.
-
Really awesome hotel, close to Braves stadium, excellent staff, clean, and will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and large room.THis is much nicer then the Omni for $600 less. If you are going to a Braves game, this is the place to stay. Fifteen minute walk to the stadium. The toilet is very low to the ground. I know this sounds crazy, but it is VERY low. The bath tub is also very weird. It has very angled sides which keeps you unstable when showering.
