Ms Asia was very helpful and sweet to us at our stay would like to have her at the desk every time we visit.

Didn’t love the hotel.. definitely not a 4 star. Our room smelled like old pee. The bathtub was peeling and didn’t drain. TV didn’t work. Would not stay there again, plenty of other options around.

First time staying at this hotel and it was great. Everything worked as it should. The room was clean. The public areas were clean. The front desk staff was courteous. There was a happy hour at the bar and the drinks were on point. The only downside to the stay was the $150 hold for incidentals. Other than that, I'll definitely be staying here again.

The front desk attendant Asia was exceptional and is the reason why I will continue to book here. The amenities were also amazing and the room was outstanding !

Staff was amazing especially Asia they accommodated me due to a short service outage upon arrival, made sure when i was going and come to communicate and ask do i need anything am i okay , food was good as well 7.5 out of 10 .

There were no microwaves in the rooms. The amount of $150 requested and held for the potential of room incidentals is ridiculous. The $24 charge per night to park on the property is also ridiculous.

My go to hotel when I want to get away!! I love it

My first stay at this property was better. The staff was not as attentive. They didn’t seem like they were willing to help. There were minor issues that I fixed myself. Overall the stay was 6/10.

The crew was very helpful and issued breakfast vouchers for us. This hotel is a party city on the weekend though and there is a familiar smell in all the elevators during party time.....

It was a pleasurable stay.

They need service pool every week.

I picked this hotel because it got so many great reviews, but there were many things that disappointed me. Probably the things that upset me the most were the unexpected costs that they snuck in. No where did they say or print that it would cost $24 a night to park (we are not downtown where that would be expected) or $12 for the Internet. There was a tiny fridge that could not fit what the people brought it needed, including basic leftovers. Never once we there enough suitcase carts to see one returned by the door. At the pool, it was a mix of weed and smoke. I have been to many other hotels I've enjoyed more for a lower price.
