Beautiful Hotel ! Wonderful Staff ! The Best A++++++
-
This place is absolutely amazing . The best staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with .

Hotel itself was beautifully appointed and large rooms with great views. Hotels lobby and bar restaurant was very good as well

Everything was great from check in to check out with an exception. Service at the pool was slow, very slow . Ordered 2 burgers , 2 beers, 4 shots. After 15 minutes I was told the burgers were taking longer than expected. I said”can I have the drinks” . 10 minutes later I go to the bar and the waitress that took my order said it taking longer. I said it’s not very time consuming to grab 2 beers out of the frig and to pour 4 shots! Another 10 minutes later. I get shots then in a grand total of 40 mins the burgers arrived. The bar had 19 people with three bar tenders. Bar tenders could use some training but there must be better communication from the waitress and the bar tenders. But they were quick with the check because her shift was ending. Glad I could accommodate her schedule

Interiors and design are very well done, tasteful and executed nicely. Staff and food were great. Caleb is a great and friendly bartender.

Everyone was extremely friendly; however, the service at the downstairs restaurant bar was disappointing. We placed our order, but the bartender walked away and never checked on us again. As we were getting up to leave, another bartender finally came over and took our order. Unfortunately, the same thing happened the following night. A staff member eventually helped us and explained that they had been experiencing staffing issues since the World Cup left town. Despite the slow bar service, we had a fun weekend and enjoyed our overall stay.

Hotel Phoenix Atlanta was absolutely amazing. From vehicle check in, daily vehicle hailing (through text-too cool), beautiful room views, professional staff and more. Without a doubt I will return again. One thing to remember, if there is a game happening at the stadium it can be a bit nerve racking with trying to make it to the hotel. All roads are usually blocked leading to the hotel so makes it impossible to drive up but walking is an option that remains open during game days.

This was such a great hotel. I’ll definitely be staying there again when I return to Atlanta.

Perfect location. Modern hotel and the rooms are extremely clean.

Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel in a great location

The few issues improvements the hotel should look at are: improving the in-hotel restaurants/bars. Food good but service is slow and leaves much to be desired. However, room service was easy to call in and the food was delicious. The two noted in room issues were that we were in a premium room with electric curtains. Those were someone confusing to operate, as none of the buttons for them have their function labeled, and the one inside the bedroom appeared to not fully work/close the curtain. Also, the door to the balcony, while it closes and locks securely, it should have more weatherstripping and close tighter. It does not currently close as tight as it should, which allows a lot more outdoor sound to come in vs. if it tightly closed. Will definitely be back for another Atlanta staycation in The Gulch!

I can’t wait to revisit this hotel! My, husband and I both agreed that we would stay here again. We didn’t get to check out the eating inside the hotel, but we will next time.
