staff failed to give us the room we requested we reserved a king bed and got two queens

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the lobby setup and snack options! Only here for 1 night but loved the stay!

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Bed was too soft. The mattress should have been replaced on one of the beds, if not both.

Great place with a really nice rooftop terrace

Yvown was great during breakfast. She attended to our needs with a smile. All the staff were friendly and more than happy to answer questions. I felt very welcome. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

love the layout of the hotel.. having the lobby on the top floor was interesting. The location was perfect for what we were in town for.. to see a concert.

This hotel was so convenient to everything. I took Marta from the airport and walked 1 min to the hotel. There's a Whole Foods and a cute café all within walking distance (less than 10min). So many great restaurants are a few blocks away. My hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were easygoing and friendly. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Atlanta.

I had an exponential stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and In order. Also the breakfast bar had good coffee as well!

The room was clean and accommodating. The blinds in the living area did not operate properly.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Habitación limpia. El Lobby es acogedor y tiene linda vista. Lo único que no estuvo a la altura es la atención del personal del front desk. No soan amables y no ayudan a los huéspedes. Esta es un punto a mejorar de algunos Hampton Inn.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

My plane was delayed, so I didn't arrive until about 1am. The gentleman at the front desk was awake, alert, efficient, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed and clean. I got the rest I needed. Breakfast was nice, with a wonderful view. The location of this property is great. Will be staying here again when in town

Free champagne or drink at hotel bar would be nice

I was there for seven days no one ever came to clean the room and no clean towels

What breakfast? Put the lobby where it belongs. At 19 floors high, I was expecting complimentary air sickness bags. The hotel had a very tiny entrance, which was difficult to find and the driveway was a valet option that cost me $50 a day. Next time we come to Atlanta, we will be staying somewhere else.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast options were ample. The extra charge at check-in and the cost of parking were ridiculous, though.
