SpringHill Suites by Marriott Athens West

The room was excellent for the price point. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was the "gym". As someone who works out daily it was disappointing to find the closet that was called a gym. Apparently there is an upgrade coming in the near future which will make this a true 5 star.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Each time is wonderful. The front desk staff is beyond helpful, the housekeeping staff are all so kind, and breakfast is great. The exercise room is also clean with working equipment. Great place to stay.

Spacious room and common areas . Clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Air conditioner in our room wasn’t working on the second night of our stay. While it was tolerable for the night it wasn’t great either. Spoke to the front desk in the morning and she had the engineer who was coming in that day to fix it . It was fine the next day.

The sheets didn't smell very good and the pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast very average.

Staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Will stay here again.

The receptionist named Reese was about as good as it gets. She absolutely went above and beyond. Her level of professionaliam and kindness was outstanding. My stay was wonderful, clean and the breakfast was delicious. Eggs, bacon, coffee fresh and tasty

Location The first day none of the room keys worked. Housekeeping had to let guests in their rooms. The ice machine was broken on our floor. The door to the room was jacked up and difficult to open/close—making an enormous amount of noise. NO forks for breakfast, day 2.
