We have stayed at this property before. They have increasingly improved since then. Front desk staff greeted us that we felt so welcome. We received welcome treats. They even had a gift bag for our dog. One of the items was poop bags WITH the dispenser. Now that’s service. We were on the 4th floor that had an ice machine. As someone who is going through hot flashes, that ice machine was awesome sauce. We had the studio room with the sofa bed. I’m not sure if it’s in the description, but the room is essentially two distinct areas with two tvs. If you have a big family or partners that want to watch something g difference having that additional space is godsend. The bathroom was spacious too. The only downside was the toilet being low. I’m used to chair height. So, rub your knees with icy hot and you’re good to go. Now let’s talk about the area. Fantastic. Quite a few eateries nearby. The hotel exit from I95 is 89. The exit with a horde of eateries is 92. However, there is a Dublin, royal farms, and Bo jangles right next door. If you’re crafting then hobby lobby is across the street. There is a dedicated bathroom area for dogs with a trash. Plus there are quite a few green spaces around the property. Breakfast was decent too. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Sadly no one used the pool. It was clean. I’m not in Richmond often unless it’s an event, but the next time I am in town this is where I am staying.

One feedback: there were a lot of people at this hotel, which is great, but they ran out of a lot of the breakfast food early. The food was good, but there wasn’t enough for everyone. Room: clean and quiet, perfect location off 95 just north of Richmond of traveling North. I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful, clean, and incredibly convenient hotel with wonderful hospitality throughout. I especially loved looking out the window and seeing four different places to eat within easy reach! Honestly, nothing! This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, and I was extremely pleased with everything.

Fire alarm went off just before midnight and everyone was confused as to where to go and when it was cleared to go back inside someone needed to take charge and everyone know.

The room was clean and even though our room was next door to the elevator, it was a quiet room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and check in was quick. My kids loved the breakfast!

Only stayed for 1 night.Very friendly and professional staff , general manager recommended the Mexican restaurant across from the hotel for dinner and they didn’t disappoint.
