Old. Dated. Poor service. Poor attitude. Blamed me for everything. Couldn’t answer a simple question like how much for parking… (is it a small or a big car? Well…. How do you define that…. I don’t know. Well I’m the customer and I don’t either).

Lots of hidden charges. Wayyyy too expensive for a hotel in Asbury Park. This is not NYC.

The hotel was beautifully clean. The rooms were well appointed the bar area was lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open when we were there.

Wonderful hotel! Very kid friendly.
-
Room very clean.Staff very helpful and nice. Valley parking, polite and courteous.
-
Excellent hotel in great location.

The double queen room was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and enjoyable with lots of places to sit and a very nice size pool. Very nice to be right off the beach. Parking was expensive but convenient (and optional). Very kind staff. Would stay here again!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Sean at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! One complaint was that the valet service is overpriced and there was a bit of misinformation on pricing itself, what the correct rate was and how much time was included. All said, we will be back!

accessible in the area for metered parking

Great hotel across the street from the ocean, boardwalk. Nice pool! Parking can be tricky. Friendly staff!

The front desk needs better customer service training, when asked about car service they can recommend, they suggested I check google. Valet guy was good and helpful.

Room was a good size. Tall ceilings and big windows. Very dog friendly. All the staff I encountered were wonderful. The curtains in my room were old. Walking distance to good restaurants. The pool should be bigger and pool area too. Not enough space and lounge chairs. There were allot of families with allot of children at the pool every day. There is wait staff and food service at the pool- big plus. The only negative is the valet parking. They want $70-$90 a night for a jeep or larger, and the parking isn’t even covered. It’s a lot behind the hotel. Do street parking one block up. It only $18/day. Overall i enjoyed my week. I would stay again.

The property was clean and well kept. The cafe had tasty breakfast sandwiches.

Front desk wasn’t to helpful on the morning of my departure 8am I went for a coffee and when I returned housekeeping had taken all the towels and sheets, with the cash on the nightstand (it was meant for them but taken pre-maturely) I did want to take a quick shower and 20min nap but didn’t have the opportunity, perhaps there needs to be better training when it comes to customer service.

We've stayed her 3 times in the last year, needless to say we do love it there. The only inconvenience is the parking, for the price of the average room, parking should not be $90.00 per night. Being handicapped it is definitely an issue to find parking and then have to walk back to the hotel.

The room was clean upon entry. Staff that carried the bags in and out of room were friendly and upbeat. Valet guys again were very friendly and their assistance in packing and unpacking my vehicle especially considering some physical issues I am having was a tremendous help. Great, helpful guys the whole valet crew! Went to the bar on two separate occasions. Made what I ordered but pretty slow to get it made. Waiter came over way too many times to ask how our meals were but just my preference.

Make sure you read the fine print was what I was told after the fact for parking. $100 a day is outrageous and pool to pay for a cabanas that no one is using is crazy also. Sorry this is not a resort it claims to be especially with added resort fees after the fact also when you thinking it was already prepaid, accommodating to pets in certain aspects. Staff overall genuinely friendly and helpful. Rooms need a bit of a upgrade and “oceanview” room was partially blocked by a building that had creative graffiti on it.

room was not ready all day long

I had a great stay! The staff let me check in early which was super helpful because I needed to get ready for a wedding! Room was clean and pool was so nice. All the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing was the parking it was an extra $90 a night. They should really include that when booking.

Only one thing I will say I wish there were more snacks for kosher people
