Parking is available in the basement, and numerous eateries are within easy walking distance. The Courthouse Metro station sits right next to the AMC Theater, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are clean.

i rented two rooms for one night for a burial at ANC (about 2 miles away). they were large and clean. water pressure is a big thing for me and it was excellent. staff was very, very nice and accomidating. took a walk around the are, very nice area.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, and the lobby worked well as a gathering place for our group. We were within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Great location.

Breakfast was good and the dining room staff were cordial and helpful.

It was perfect!

Water was turned off from 10 am to 3 pm one day, because of maintainance, they did not inform at booking only at check in. No concessions made to accommodate guests, also charged for water bottles in room! Ridiculous

Nice to have parking at the hotel in this downtown location. Staff was more than friendly, got us checked in early, greeted us every time we returned to the hotel and even told us have a good evening or morning when we left. Nice location, walk to many restaurants, grocery stores etc.

Check in was quick and easy. Whole facility was nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was equipped for safety. The lighting was good. The room was quiet. The lobby area was large and nice. The room was very cold when we arrived and we adjusted it. Every time we came back into the room it had reverted to very cold again requiring another adjustment. I think the rate was expensive to not include breakfast and bottled water provided.
