Motel 6 Arlington, TX - UTA

Rooms are clean, close to UTA and friendly staff.

The checkin process was very poor. They would not let us come in the door and all transactions happened with a small 2 x 4 inch window. The checkin time was 3 PM and it was 105 F outside. While the checkin was happening, we were out in the sun for few mins. The staff and the owner were not considerate enough to open the double doors and let us in due to excessive heat. There was another individual who also said that this was ridiculous. The room was not kept up, dry was broken in the bathroom. There was plenty of parking available because there were not that many guests. This is very close to the University of Arlington and that was the reason we picked it. Lots of food places to eat around with walking distance proximity. The customer service and hospitality needs to improve.

There was cigarette burns in the sheets and the mirror was cracked. It was horrible.

The staff was great the room clean but it does need some work. Air conditioning vent was broken off and the shower only had hot water...needless to say we took quick showers 😅

It was a complete disappointment. The photos posted online look nothing like the actual hotel. The hotel is very old and run-down, both inside and outside. The bedspread was so old that it was falling apart and had holes in it. The towels were old and stained and looked like rags used to mop the floor. In addition, the bathtub was rusty around the drain.

I have stayed at this property years ago and decided to try here again. The room had roaches the refrigerator did not work properly and the door did not close properly either. Normal wear and tear but the paint was peeling off the door. The ceiling looked like it had been poorly fixed, the tape that had been placed there and painted over was coming off. The stairs were dirty and there were ppl hanging out in the parking lot in the evening. I will not be booking here again sadly

Average hotel nothing fancy but good location

The staff was nasty. The staff was rude. They put me out because they said I was a problem when I got there they put me in a room. The door have been kicked in, and I asked the man to change my room. He told me that I had to check out and come back at three when the room will be available. That was really inconvenience for me. It is so nasty over there. They stink you all. Let these people come over here and run these facilities and they are really nasty. I am calling the code to compliance ice and whoever else I can call to get this matter taken care of. Nothing

Staff Charged me $160 Cash to check in early

I liked everything

Beds are hard, sheets thread bare and pillows have no cushion. you get what you pay for.

There was bed bugs on the matress went to the office they told me I had to wait til manager came in morning crack heads and prostitute going in and out all night

Acomidations

Nothing We found a bed bug after being in the room for 5 minutes or even less.

Great customer service Someone called me about 1:00 am. It woke me up. Then they called again 15 minutes later. That made me mad. I had a hard time getting back to sleep. I heard the phone ring in another room about 30 minutes later. This is NOT ok.

Night staff manager was not polite or helpful

I understand that Motel 6 id just motel but thsi motel needs investment otherwise moving forward you will remain without guests! Bathroom dirty, Room Dirty,
