The hotel was nice just not great. Asked them to clean our room, and they didn’t. Asked them for fresh towels, and they didn’t. Told them the soap was out in the shower, wasn’t fixed by the time we got back. Air conditioner sounds like it was full of water. Home 2 Suites is one of our favorite places to stay hoping this was just an off weekend for them and not a change across the board.

We had a great stay as always. The staff is super friendly and the property is comfortable and clean.

The breakfast offerings were the best we have seen for continental! We really liked that we could make our own breakfast sandwiches and customize them! Everything was hot and tasted really good too! The digital room key feature wasn't working but they did give us a physical key so it wasn't an issue

A live cricket in the bed in the middle of the night, bathroom door didn't close, window shade didn't work, refrigerator buzzed in the quiet of the night

The room was a bit expensive because we were in town during a busy booked up weekend, didn't use the pool or gym - so no comment needed. Would stay every time if possible
