Pool is open but not clean and hot tub is under maintenance, which is not stated anywhere until you actually head to the pool area

Clean room, easy check-in, nice amenities, though very limited staff for restaurant for a Saturday evening. The bartender, Willie, was great and helpful, though we opted to head next door to The Lodge for dinner.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were incredibly helpful. However, my room was on the back of the hotel, overlooking the highway, and noise from the traffic interrupted my sleep. I would suggest requesting a room away from this area.

On top of my room charge they also charged $50 to my credit card for incidentals however I had none and it’s taking multiple calls to the hotel and waiting many days and I still do not have it refunded to my card.

The hotel overall was nice … the price for breakfast buffet was overpriced when everything tasted like it was cook in the microwave. The tv channels barely worked

Why I gave it 4 stars? The coffee machine was down for our first night, the jacuzzi was down for maintenance, the wifi went for maintenance lol so it was a little much but I know you can't always control those things. Another small thing, I also wish the TV's were smart TV's and I wish the rooms came with a microwave. Overall great hotel, would stay here again.

The Crowne plaza was absolutely beautiful, it had everything that you could possibly need. I had zero issues checking in, my room was ready even though I was there about 2 hours early, so they allowed me to check in. The staff was friendly and courteous. I absolutely love this place.

The hotel was ok. Fitness room was nice. The biggest disappointment is no continental breakfast and the pool was closed. We were not given any knowledge of the pool being closed at the time of check in. Just a sign on the door. It looks like they are working on the concrete in the pool area so it will probably be closed for a few weeks so be aware!!!
