Several distinct areas demonstrated a lack of basic maintenance and hospitality standards: - Substandard Breakfast Service: The morning offerings were unacceptably poor, consisting of low-quality fruit and communal milk. Additionally, providing an industrial roll of paper towels in place of proper napkins is inappropriate for a hospitality setting. - Non-functional Room Amenities: The television remote in my room was broken, requiring me to manually navigate channels using the buttons behind the screen. While I chose not to escalate this during a single-night stay, fully operational equipment is a baseline expectation for any rental. - Neglected Facilities: There was no drinking water available in the fitness center. While your staff is pleasant, the current state of the property suggests that ownership lacks a basic commitment to the guest experience. Given these oversights, I will not be returning to this location in the future under any circumstances.

Nice new everything was convenient

This was an excellent hotel. It was really close to campus and we had no issues when we checked in after 9 pm. We will be staying there again when we are up that way!

It’s very close to university of Michigan and the room is clean and had good breakfast in the morning

Front desk staff was very helpful at both check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable.

we arrived at 10pm and the front desk guy was no where to be found. there were a few people waiting to check in and waiting for a long time. eventually one of the guests had to go through an employee only entrance to find the front desk guy. then he started checking us in.

Very good breakfast

A warm and welcoming hotel with an amazingly dedicated and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and having plenty of free parking was a huge plus. The hotel offers great amenities, including an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a self-service coin-operated laundry room. Nothing at all - everything was great!

Water pressure was a little off. Clean but needed a bit of TLC, some wallpaper coming off in hallways and bsthroom

The staff need to answer the phones more promptly. The hotel does not provide suggestions for local restaurants.

Everything was great. Front desk was amazing woth accommodating requests.

Great hotel, one exception is the sound proofing of rooms needs to be improved. We could hear everyone at ground level in the bar and/or courtyard and our room was on the 3rd floor!

The lady in the breakfast buffet was very unfriendly and she was upset

Everything was good except we waited almost 3 hours to get In our room
