Breakfast did not have enough options. Rooms somewhat old. Rest was fine.

Very nice stay, especially for the price

The courtyard was very secluded and pleasant. The room was a bit stuffy even with the AC on. We would consider staying here again on returning to Ann Arbor. The location was in a quiet neighborhood- which was nice.

Great location, easy parking, helpful staff and nice pool area. The hotel is older and could use a refresh. The breakfast was small and the items didn't change each day which is always nice for a longer stay.

Very outdated hotel, I am unsure on how there are such good reviews. The air conditioning unit was very loud and made it impossible to have on while sleeping due to the clanking and sudden boom of sound, the room was so humid that the carpet felt wet, the bathroom smelled like urine, and there was a hole in the wall where the outlet next to my bed was. The hotel itself is extremely outdated. There are stains in the carpet, on the wall, and the TV and fridge are at least a decade old. Walls are paper thin, we could hear the room next door use the bathroom and sneeze. Very disappointed that I booked this hotel due to its high ratings.

Pleasant stay.

Good breakfast, and a cheerful breakfast room. Also a pool table and shuffle board on the second floor. Only two floors, and lots of nice looking stairways, which I think prompts folks to take the stairs if they can.

This hotel was really nice. The craftsmanship was lovely. The breakfast was good. And the grounds are beautiful.
