Construction is throughout the property (not just a wing), there are no permits shown; the workers don’t wear helmets, eye or ear protection.

The staff was rude except for a gentleman named Brandon! The whole hotel was under construction so all the amenities were closed. It looked like an abandoned hotel at that point and probably should’ve been closed when construction began. There was a drunk housekeeper. Overall horrible stay

Clean room

Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy. Room was fine. If you are looking for simple place with friendly people, that’s extremely affordable, this is the place.

Bed was fine. Attempted to take a shower and soon discovered that all 3 dispensers were EMPTY! No shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash. Not a happy camper. I would not recommend staying there while they are undergoing construction, not safe anywhere you look.

Great hotel for the price. It was a chain at one point you can tell, and they haven't changed much since. It's a pretty well maintained but not updated property which is fine as it was clean, but it's funny it was almost like a time capsule from 2010 with plasma TVs and Tuscan style

The rooms were clean, but water was cut off unexpectedly several days, not just the Monday they wanted about at check in. We had water come through a light fixture in the bathroom and then seams in the ceiling that first day, and only our being in the room alerted the staff or crew to the leak. The only options offered were to cancel the rest of our stay with it refunded or stay in that room. Same in later days when water was cut off - it seemed that the construction workers were not in communication with the hotel staff. In the week we were there, demolition was haphazard. I leaned that work was continuing through 2026. I would hesitate to book until renovations are complete.

It was very clean not enough fave towels in the double bed rooms. They should not charge more than a 50 dollar hold deposit if you’re staying more than 3 days. They charge 25 per day , however I feel in longer stays there should be a smaller deposit. Staff is nice and they are in a middle of a remodel. I will book again ❤️

They decided to do construction while having guests stay at the hotel. We where kicked out of our room early because they where overbooked. Refused to compensate us at all. Wanted to pull a fast one and remove us 2 days earlier than when we left. Lied about having a room set up for us. Threatened to call the cops if we find not leave early. Admendites where not where as advertised. No breakfast. No TV in common area. No pool available. No 24 hour guest services. No gym available. Manager was never present at property. 8 more people where being kicked out after paying. Multiple reservations wherr going to be invalidated per the front desk person. Cleaning crew was not around even when requested had to wait 3 days. DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible hotel.

The lobby did have many people waiting for their rooms. On a weekend with a local event, I'm not sure they have the necessary staff to accommodate a sold out night. If you took an Uber or ride share, you may be stuck waiting in the lobby. It was clean enough. I booked a room with a king bed, it was basic but had a fridge and microwave and desk area. The TV was from 2007 and was very basic with few channels. You cannot use any streaming services or plug ins. The parking was accessible and there was plenty, but there are brutal pot holes in the parking lot. Approach the front slowly. The WiFi was free with no password protection.

The hotel is under renovations. Our room seemed updated and was quite comfortable and clean. The pool was not open and there was no continental breakfast. Unfortunately there wasn't even coffee unless you made it in your room. The veiw out our window was all construction materials. It was good that our window shade didn't open. Overall not a bad place to crash for a night.

Place was very dirty and dated, no free breakfast or pool.

Awful awful stay here. It was only one night I had booked as my Dad had surgery and we just needed a few hours rest. They couldn’t find my paid in full reservation because it was booked through hotel.com. I booked to queen beds and was told none were available. I had to settle for a king bed and pull out sofa. He tried to charge me double. They gave us wet bedding for the sofa pull out. The tv didn’t work. The tiles on the bathroom floor all moved when you walked on them. The entire place was filthy. Then informs me that they are under construction and because of that no pool workout room or breakfast.

The building as a whole was rundown, but the room was nice. The air conditioning was excellent and everything in the room was very clean and well taken care of. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Too bad the hallways looked so rough.
-
The fact that I was able to book well in advance for a decent price was a plus. The issue I had is; I booked 3 rooms, 2 queen beds in each room, but only received 2 rooms with 2 queen beds with the 3rd room with a king bed and pull out sofa. I would think by booking 8 months in advance, I would have the 3 rooms I reserved.
